BEKASI, KABARSEBELAS.COM – Guna meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat. Bupati Bekasi, Eka Supria Atmaja meresmikan gedung baru Puskesmas Cikarang Utara, Jum’at (05/07/2019) kemarin.
Puskesmas tersebut kini sudah menjadi Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD), yang berguna untuk meningkatkan flexibilitas terkait anggaran pemenuhan kebutuhan pelayanan masyarakat.
Bupati Bekasi, Eka Supria Atmaja mengatakan, pihaknya kini tengah mencanangkan Universal Health Covarage (UHC) di puskesmas ini, sehingga nantinya seluruh warga Kabupaten Bekasi dapat memperoleh jaminan kesehatan.
“Kita terus berupaya agar masyarakat Kabupaten Bekasi mendapat jaminan kesehatan, khususnya bagi warga yang tidak mampu,” ungkap Eka.
Dengan diresmikannya gedung tersebut, Ia berharap tenaga kesehatan didalamnya bisa lebih maksimal lagi dalam memberikan pelayanan dan mutu, sehingga tercapai pelayanan kesehatan yang optimal, efektif dan efisien.
“Pemberian pelayanan kepada masyarakat harus optimal, efektif dan efisien. Masyarakat pun dapat berobat secara gratis di puskesmas ini dengan Kartu Indonesia Sehat (KIS) ataupun Jamkesda,” tutupnya.
Turut hadir dalam acara tersebut unsur Muspida, Camat se-Kabupaten Bekasi, Kepala Desa, Kepala UPTD Kesehatan se-Kabupaten Bekasi. (red/rls)
