Lampung Utara, kabarsebelas.com – DPRD Kabupaten Lampung Utara (Lampura), menggelar Rapat Paripurna pembahasan 5 Peraturan Daerah (Raperda) usulan inisiatif DPRD, adapun kegiatan dilaksanakan di ruang rapat gedung DPRD setempat, Selasa (09/07/2019).
Dalam kegiatan paripurna tersebut dipimpin langsung Ketua DPRD Lampura, H. Rachmat Hartono didampingi para Wakilnya, dan dihadiri Sekda Lampura, H. Sofyan, OPD, Forkopimda, Camat serta 25 orang anggota dewan dari 45 anggota DPRD Lampura.
Dalam pembacaan surat masuk mengenai Raperda dan usulan inisiatif DPRD Lampura yang disampaikan oleh Sekwan, Hi. Adrie, menyampaikan sidang paripurna 5 Raperda yang mengacu pada 3 peraturan.
Adapun peraturan tersebut diantaranya, peraturan DPRD Lampura nomor 1 tahun 2018 tentang tata tertib DPRD Lampura, kemudian Program pembentukan peraturan daerah Kabupaten Lampura tahun anggaran 2019 dan Hasil rapat Badan pembentukan peraturan daerah DPRD Lampura pada tanggal 16 Mei 2019.
“Sehubungan atas dasar tersebut, kami sampaikan lima draf rancangan peraturan daerah Kabupaten Lampung Utara atas usulan inisiatif Badan pembentukan peraturan daerah DPRD Kabupaten Lampung Utara yang telah kami kaji sesuai dengan program pembentukan peraturan daerah Kabupaten Lampung Utara tahun 2019,” papar Sekwan Adrie.
Untuk itu, sambung Adrie, agar kiranya Pimpinan DPRD Lampura untuk dapat menindak lanjuti ketingkat Badan Musyawarah, guna penjadwalan pembahasan Raperda dimaksud.
Adapun kelima Raperda dimaksud, yakni penyelenggaraan, perlindungan dan pemenuhan hak-hak penyandang disabilitas, pengelolaan desa wisata, fasilitas pencegahan dan penanggulangan, penyalahgunaan narkoba, kemudian penyelenggaraan perpustakaan serta terakhir penyelenggaraan perlindungan dan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup.
