Karawang, kabarsebelas.com – Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Karawang, yang diketuai Elvina menunda pembacaan tuntutan atas terdakwa “Trio Emak-emak” asal Karawang yang tergabung dalam relawan Partai Emak-emak Pendukung Prabowo-Sandiaga (Pepes). Amar putusan Majelis Hakim batal dibacakan dengan alasan Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) belum siap.
“Sidang putusan ditunda hingga hari Kamis mendatang,” kata Ketua Majelis Hakim PN Karawang, Elivia, Selasa (16/07/2019) dalam persidangan.
Saat Ketua Majelis Hakim membacakan penundaan putusan dan mengetuk palu, puluhan emak-emak yang diduga relawan Pepes dari berbagai daerah seperti dari Bandung, Bekasi dan Karawang sengaja datang memberikan support kecewa dengan penundaan bacaan amar putusan yang rencananya dibacakan hari ini, namun diundur hingga hari Kamis (18/07/2019) lusa mendatang.
Kuasa Hukum Trio Emak -emak, Agus Nurhayadi mengatakan, tidak tahu alasan Majelis Hakim yang menyidangkan Trio Emak-emak, dan membatalkan pembacaan putusan dari persidangan tersebut, karena alasan JPU belum siap dalam pembacaan putusan oleh Majelis Hakim.
“Dari fakta persidangan JPU meminta menunda pembacaan putusan, padahal kami sebagai kuasa hukum meminta putusan segera dibacakan,” ucap Agus.
Agus menerangkan, tentang viralnya Trio Emak-emak asal Karawang yang meminta bantuan calon Presiden dan calon Wakil Presiden, meruapakan hal yang wajar dan lumrah bagi siapapun yang masih dalam proses hukum di pengadilan, apalagi Trio Emak-emak ini ikut berjuang untuk mengkampanyekan kemenangan paslon 02, walaupun Pilpres sudah berakhir.
“Hal yang wajar permintaan itu dilakukan, apalagi belum ada putusan hukum yang pasti,” tutupnya.
Sebelumnya, Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) mendakwa Trio Emak-emak ini dengan Pasal 28 ayat 2 jo Pasal 45 a ayat 2 UU RI No 19 tahun 2016 tentang perubahan atas UU RI No 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik; dan/atau Pasal 14 ayat 1 dan ayat 2 atau Pasal 15 UU RI No 1 Tahun 1946 tentang Peraturan Hukum Pidana.
