Karawang , Kabarsebelas.com – Meski sempat dihadang sejumlah massa dengan menggunakan 2 kendaraan dari penggugat melalui kuasa hukum dari tergugat Bahum di Jalan Gorowong Timur Rt 002/002 ,Kelurahan Adiarsa Timur, Kecamatan Karawang Timur, Karawang , akhirnya dieksekusi Pengadilan Negeri Karawang, Rabu (17/7/2019).
Sekitar pukul 08.00 WIB, Juru sita Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Karawang Ahmad Komarudin berhasil membacakan penetapan sita eksekusi no. 2/eks.Lelang /2019/PN Krw dengan dikawal ketat puluhan petugas kepolisian ,TNI dan Satpol PP .
Menurut Juru Bicara PN Karawang, Ahmad Komarudin mengatakan petugas datang sesuai putusan PN Karawang sesuai penetapan sita eksekusi atas objek lahan seluas 271 m2, kami minta pihak termohon untuk segera mengeluarkan barang dari dalam gudang beserta alat rumah tangga dalam rumah.
“Penetapan eksekusi ini sesuai surat penetapan ekseskusi, sehingga harus segara dikosongkan, ” Ahmad, Rabu (17/7/2019) usai membacakan penetapan eksekusi.
Namun, kata Ahmad , petugas bisa mengeksekusi rumah itu setelah membuka pintu gerbang rumah. Upaya eksekusi bangunan itu harus dilakukan karena penghuni rumah sudah tidak berhak menempati lagi aset milik pemohon lelang.
Beberapa saat sebelumnya, massa dari tergugat menghadang di luar pagar dan sempat adu mulut antara eksekutor dengan pengacara termohon, mediasi berlangsung alot mempertahankan luas tanah yang menjadi objek eksekusi dalam surat kepemilikan tanah tercatat luas lahan 271 m2.
Akhirnya petugas eksekusi berhasil masuk kedalam gudang limbah yang dijadikan tempat tinggak ,meminta termohon meng yang dijadikan tempat tinggak dan pihak termohon mengeluarkan barang-barang tersebut sebelum akhirnya dieksekusi pihak pemohon. (Nd)
