Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Pengadilan Negri (PN) Karawang melakukan eksekusi terhadap sebuah rumah yang menjadi gudang limbah di dusun Gorowong Timur Rt 002/002 Kelurahan Adiarsa Timur, Kecamatan Karawang Timur, sempat mendapat penolakan dari pemilik rumah Bahrun (50) dan keluarganya.
Bahrun sebagai pemilik rumah merasa tidak pernah menjual rumahnya kepada siapapun. Rumah dengan luas 271 meter persegi tiba tiba dieksekusi PN Karawang.
“Saya tidak mau keluar rumah karena ini tempat tinggal saya dan keluarga,”kata Bahrun, Rabu (17/7) didepan petugas.
Sementara, petugas eksekutor dari PN Karawang, Ahmad Komarudin dengan tegas memberitahukan kepada pemilik rumah untuk keluar dari rumahnya selama 5 menit sebelum petugas gabungan melakukan evakuasi paksa.
“Silahkan bapak dan keluarga keluar rumah dikasih waktu 5 menit sebelum ada tindakan tegas petugas,”kata Ahmad.
Akhirnya setelah dilakukan mediasi, pemilik rumah dan keluarga keluar lokasi dan petugas melakukan penyegelan dipintu gerbang tanah dan bangunan ini sudah menjadi hak milik saudara Saeful Ulum dengan lelang No 195/33/2019 tertanggal 12 April 2019, diperkuat oleh PN Karawang No 2/eks.
