Lampung Utara, Kabarsebelas.com – Melakukan pencabulan hingga menyekap korbannya yang berstatus siswi SMA selama Tiga hari, IJ (18) warga desa Candimas Kecamatan Abung Selatan, diringkus Satuan Reskrim Polres Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Kamis kemarin (25/7/2019).
Kapolres Lampung Utara – AKBP Budiman Sulaksono, S.IK, melalui Kasat Reskrim – AKP M. Hendrik Aprilianto, S.IK, mengungkapkan, penangkapan tersangka dilakukan, setelah menerima laporan dari keluarga korban.
“Pelaku kita ringkus saat bersembunyi di rumahnya tanpa ada perlawanan, pada kamis (25/7) pukul 8 malam,” ungkap AKP M.Hendrik.
Setelah melakukan pemeriksaan, sambung AKP M. Hendrik, tersangka mengakui perbuatannya, karena alasan menyukai korban serta tak tahan seringnya menonton film porno.
“Dari hasil keterangan korban, aksi pencabulan yang dilakukan pelaku yakni dengan cara bujuk rayu, menjemput korban dengan sepeda motor dan mengajak korban jalan-jalan. Namun dipertengahan jalan korban langsung dibawa ke rumah tersangka yang kebetulan sedang tidak ada orang,” kata Kasat Reskrim.
Di rumah tersangka, korban dipaksa melakukan hubungan badan layaknya suami istri, tidak sampai disitu saja, ternyata aksi pencabulan itu telah dilakukan sebanyak 12 kali, bahkan korban juga pernah disekap selama Tiga hari di rumah tersangka pada 20 Juli sampai dengan 24 Juli 2019 kemarin.
“Pelaku sendiri, akan dijerat dengan tindak pidana persetubuhan dan atau pencabulan terhadap anak, sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 81 dan pasal 82 Undang-undang nomor 17 tahun 2016 tentang perubahan kedua atas Undang-undang nomor 35 tahun 2014 tentang perlindungan anak,” pungkas AKP M.
