Kamis (1/8)
Iskandar mengatakan selama ini Satops Kepatuhan Internal yang dulunya bernama Pengawasan Internal hanya melaksanakan tugas pencegahan dan penindakan gangguan keamanan yang terbatas pada ruang lingkup keamanan statis dan belum mencakup potensi gangguan keamanan yang bersifat dinamis.
“Pengukuhan diberikan kepada empat petugas yang dipandang cakap dan mampu mengemban tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai Satops Patnal secara teknis, Satuan Oprasional Kepatuhan Internal (Satops Patnal) yang dibagi menjadi 4 Tim, setiap Timnya dipimpin oleh 1 Ketua. Dan Kepala Kesatuan Pengamanan Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Ka. KPLP) ditunjuk langsung sebagai koordinator Satuan Oprasional Kepatuhan Internal (Satops Patnal),”kata Kalapas.
Ia menambahkan pengukuhan ini sebagai salah satu cara untuk melakukan penilaian tentang tingkat kepatuhan petugas dalam melaksanakan prosedur standar operasi dalam layanan dan tugas keamanan.
“Ketidakpatuhan pada SOP dan perilaku yang buruk terhadap Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan (WBP) dan tahanan itulah yang menjadi sumber permasalahan selama ini,” tambah Iskandar.
Pembentukan Satops Patnal ini,kata Iskandar, merujuk kepada Surat Edaran Direktur Jendral Pemasyarakatan Kementerian Hukum dan HAM RI No. PAS-07.OT-02.02 Tahun 2019 Tentang Satuan Oprasional Kepatuhan Internal (Satops Patnal) di Lembaga Pemasyakaratan/Rumah Tahanan Negara.
“Saya harap pengukuhan ini ,dijadikan pedoman dan acuan agar penilaian tentang tingkat kepatuhan petugas dalam melaksanakan prosedur standar operasi dalam layanan dan tugas keamanan,” pungkasnya.
