Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Badan Latihan Kerja (BLK) salah satu program Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) yang merupakan penjabaran dari visi, misi dan program Pemerintahan Cellica-Jimmy pesimis dibangun karena pendapan asli daerah masih minim.
Menurut Acep Jamhuri Sekertaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Karawang, terkait rencana pembangunan BLK kenapa sampai hari belum juga tercapai pelaksanaan pembangunannya, itu karena para OPD yang menggali di sektor pendapatan itu semua pesimis.
“yang menggali pendapatan, ada OPD menggali restribusi, dan ada sektor pajak, ini semua pesimis,”kata Acep Jamhuri, Selasa (6/8/2019) di Kantor Bupati Karawang.
Menurutnya, jadi Pemerintah Daerah untuk bisa mengejar RPJMD, semua opd yang bisa menggali pendapatan harus bisa maksimal.
“sekarang sedang review RPJMD, perbaikan RPJMD, ya untuk pembangunan itu (BLK) dikurangi,”katanya
Bahkan kata Acep, bukan hanya BLK yang tidak tercapai, di Pekerjaan Umum juga kata ia banyak yang tidak tercapai.
Dirinya juga tidak bisa memastikan BLK bisa dibangun minimal satu BLK saja, pasalnya ditahun 2020 ada perhelatan Pilkada yang membutuhkan anggaran yang cukup pantastis tidak kurang dari 140 Miliar.
“Tahun 2020 ada perhelatan Pilkada juga memerlukan biaya yang cukup lumayan tidak kurang dari 140 miliar, yang harus kita siapkan biayanya akan mengurangi juga dari sektor yang lain,”jelasnya
Bahkan dirinya sering menghimbau kepada OPD untuk menggenjot pendapatan.
“untuk opd kita sudah himbau, rapat ya rapat, yaaa, ada yang semangat,”terangnya
Dirinya sebagai TAPD akan berdiskusi dulu, jalur jalur mana untuk bagaimana pembangunan di Karawang bisa tercapai sesuai dengan program RPJMD.
“bisa mungkin nanti dari aspirasi dewan propinsi, sebenarnya tidak ada yang tidak mungkin,”pubgkasnya.(red)
