Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Wakil Bupati Karawang, Ahmad Zamakhsyari (Kang Jimmy) berencana bakal mengirim Muhamad Rizaldy Putra Setiabudi ke sekolah sepakbola Inggris atau Spanyol untuk terus mengembangkan bakatnya sebagai pemain sepakbola internasional.
Hal itu setelah siswa SMAN 3 Karawang ini menjadi pemain terbaik usia 14 tahun dari 29 negara setelah memenangkan Indonesia di ajang Gothia Cup di negara China.
“Saya yakin anak ini (Rizaldy) bakal jadi orang hebat, sebab sekarang juga sudah bisa membawa nama baik Indonesia, khususnya Karawang dengan menjadi pemain terbaik usia 14 tahun dari 29 negara,” kata pria yang akrab disapa Jimmy, di rumah Dinas Wakil Bupati, Kamis (22/08/2019).
Dikatakan Jimmy, pihaknya juga sudah memberitahu Coach Indra Safri agar Rizaldy dididik supaya menjadi pemain hebat.
“Mudah-mudahan Rizaldy bisa dikirim untuk berlatih Inggris United atau Spanyol. Insya Allah lewat koneksi saya di Menpora itu bisa diwujudkan,” katanya.
Jimmy berpesan kepada Rizaldy agar tetap semangat untuk meraih mimpi menjadi pemain Nasional. Namun, tetap untuk berusaha dan berdoa serta meminta restu kepada orang tua sebab itu kunci untuk meraih kesuksesan.
Sementara itu, orang tua Rizaldy, Topan Setiabudi (45) mengatakan, dirinya sangat bangga dengan prestasi Rizaldy yang mengharumkan nama sekolah dan Republik Indonesia, dalam ajang Gothia Cup di negara China.
“Gol di menit kedua yang dilakukan Rizaldy itu membuat saya sebagai orang tua bangga dan tidak menyangka,” ucap Topan.
Dikatakan Topan, semoga kedepannya Aldy panggilan akrabnya, bisa lebih berprestasi dan bisa masuk tim internasional.
“Selama tidak masuk sekolah biasanya Rizaldy selalu berkomunikasi dengan teman sekelasnya, kalau ada tugas atau catatan tidak tertinggal. Dan kalau untuk ulangan mungkin bisa minta susulan ke gurunya,” bebernya.
“Dari pihak sekolah dan saya sebagai orang tua Rizaldy meminta agar Wabup Karawang dapat memfasilitasi Rizaldy dalam berlatih main bola di Stadion Karawang dengan Persika,” pungkas Topan. (Amoy)
