Bandung, Kabarsebelas.com – Membangun Jawa Barat yang lebih baik dan maju diperlukan kerja seluruh komponen bangsa, mulai dari Gubernur, Wakil Gubernur, Anggota DPRD, termasuk seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara dan seluruh rakyat. Hal itu dikatakan Ketua DPD PDI Perjuangan Jawa Barat, Ono Surono, Kamis (29/08/2019).
Ia menjelaskan, permasalah dasar rakyat seperti pendidikan dan kesehatan dimana pendidikan di Jawa Barat yang angka rata-rata lama sekolahnya baru mencapai 8,15 (2018) atau baru mencapai kelas 2 (dua) SMP.
Kemudian, lanjut Ono, angka kematian ibu dan anak serta stunting yang masih menjadi pekerjaan rumah, diperlukan perhatian khusus dengan menggerakkan seluruh tenaga pendidik dan kesehatan di Jawa Barat terutama para pegawai Pemerintah Non PNS (honorer/kontrak/PTT/Sukarelawan).
“Terutama yang bekerja di bidang pendidikan dan kesehatan. Para pekerja tersebut merupakan garda terdepan dalam Pelayanan Publik,” katanya.
Atas dasar itu, dirinya menginstruksikan kepada kader partai yang ditugaskan di legislatif dan eksekutif untuk wajib memperjuangkan perbaikkan kesejahteraan para pegawai pemerintah Non PNS (honorer/kontrak/PTT/Sukarelawan), terutama yang bekerja di bidang pendidikan dan kesehatan pada APBD murni 2020, di Provinsi/Kabupaten/Kota wajib yang meliputi :
1. Kenaikan upah/insentif secara bertahap sesuai dengan upah minimum Provinsi/Kabupaten/Kota,
2. Jaminan Kesehatan dalam skema hubungan kerja antara Pemda dan para Pekerja tersebut, sehingga iuran BPJS Kesehatan yang ditanggung Pemda hanya bagi perkerja (1 orang), namun manfaat mencakup untuk pasangan dan tiga orang anak (dengan memperhitungkan jangan sampai ada kepesertaan ganda, apabila pasangan sudah mengikuti Jaminan Kesehatan dalam skema pekerja).
Instruksi tersebut merupakan salah satu langkah konkret hasil dari rekomendasi workshop Tiga Pilar Partai (struktur, legislatif dan eksekutif) yang diadakan di Hotel Asrilia, Bandung, 26-28 Agustus 2019 kemarin. (Red)
