Hampir satu bulan lamanya masyarakat Karawang menunggu, akhirnya Pendi Anwar resmi menjabat sebagai ketua DPRD Karawang setelah DPP Demokrat mengeluarkan SK dengan nomor : 232/SK/DPP.PD/VIII/2019.
“Alhamdulillah sudah selesai, saya kang (Ketua DPRD Karawang),”ujar Pendi Anwar, Kamis (5/9/2019)
Kemudian kata Fendi, untuk Budianto internal Demokrat memandatkan menjadi ketua Fraksi Demomrat.
“Budianto dimandatkan Demokrat sebagai Ketua Fraksi,”kata Pendi.
Sementara itu, keputusan DPP Demorat yang merekomendasikan Pendi Anwar sebagai Ketua DPRD Karawang ini dianggap janggal oleh sebagian konsituen Budianto.
Pasalnya, dalam Petunjuk Pelaksana Dewan Pimpinan Pusat Partai Demokrat Nomor : 01/JUKLAK/DPP.PD/VII/2019, tentang persyaratan dan mekanisme pengajuan dan penetapan unsur pimpinan DPRD provinsi, DPRD kabupaten/kota serta pengajuan pimpinan fraksi Partai Demokrat, dalam ‘persyaratan’ point (e) dijelaskan, bahwa setiap Ketua DPRD dari Partai Demokrat minimal berpendidikan Sarjana Strata S-1. Sementara Pendi Anwar dikabarkan belum memiliki ijasah sarjana.(red)
