Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Jika para pendukung Budiwanto merasa tidak puas dengan sikap Cellica Nurachadiana Ketua DPC Partai Demokrat Kabupaten Karawang yang memberi harapan palsu kepada Budiwanto, maka balad Budiwanto boleh untuk menggugat.
Menurut Asep Agustian, balad Budiwanto boleh menggugat kepada Cellica dan DPP Demokrat atas keputusan DPP Demokrat yang merekomendasikan Pendi Anwar sebagai ketua Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Karawang definitif.
Karena itu sudah jelas tertuang dalam Petunjuk Pelaksana Dewan Pimpinan Pusat Partai Demokrat Nomor : 01/JUKLAK/DPP.PD/VII/2019, tentang persyaratan dan mekanisme pengajuan dan penetapan unsur pimpinan DPRD provinsi, DPRD kabupaten/kota serta pengajuan pimpinan fraksi Partai Demokrat, dalam ‘persyaratan’ point (e) dijelaskan, bahwa setiap Ketua DPRD dari Partai Demokrat minimal berpendidikan Sarjana Strata S-1.
“Nah, Pendi Anwar dikabarkan belum memiliki ijasah sarjana strata 1 dah hasil suara di Pileg kecil. Sedangkan Budiwanto sudah sarjana dan meraih suara terbanyak di partai Demokrat. Jika keputusan DPP dianggap kontroversi maka balad Budiwanto boleh menggugat,”Ujar Asep Agustian, Sabtu (7/9/2019)
Menurut Askun sapaan akrab Asep Agustian, ini sudah menyangkut harga diri dan nama baik Budiwanto jika balad Budiwanto melakukan gugatan itu sah sah saja dilakukan.

Perlu diketahui DPP Demokrat mengeluarkan SK Nomor : 232/SK/DPP.PD/VIII/2019. Dalam isi surat itu, Pendi Anwar resmi ditunjuk menjabat sebagai Ketua DPRD Karawang.(red)
