Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Anggota DPRD Provinsi Jawa Barat dari Fraksi Gerindra Ihsanudin, secara pribadi menolak revisi Undang-undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2002 tentang Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (Revisi UU KPK) yang pembahasannya tengah bergulir di DPR RI.
Menurut Ihasnudin, terkait revisi UU KPK dirinya menduga ada indikasi pelemahan terhadap KPK. Hal itu bisa dilihat dari daftar inventarisasi masalah (DIM) yang disampaikan oleh pemerintah kepada DPR, memiliki kecenderungan untuk memperlemah kinerja KPK.
“Potensi pelemahan ini bisa dilihat dari DIM tersebut bahwa anggota Dewan Pengawas KPK ditunjuk langsung oleh pemerintah,”Ujar Ihsanudin, Minggu, 15/9/2019.
Padahal kat Ihsanudin, seharusnya
pembentukan dewan pengawas bagi KPK haruslah diisi oleh tokoh masyarakat, akademisi, atau pegiat antikorupsi.
“jika penunjukan oleh pemerintah itu rentan menjadi pintu masuk intervensi pemerintah untuk melemahkan KPK,”pungkasnya.(red)
