Tulang Bawang, Kabarsebelas. Com. – Team Khusus Anti Bandit (Tekab 308) Polres Tulang Bawang bersama Polsek Gunung Agung berhasil menangkap buronan pelaku curas (pencurian dengan kekerasan) yang merupakan residivis empat kali pada kasus serupa.
Kasat Reskrim AKP Sandy Galih Putra, SH, SIK, mengatakan penangkapan terhadap pelaku ini berdasarkan laporan dari korban Bonandi, berprofesi wiraswasta, warga Tiyuh/Kampung Toto Makmur, Kecamatan Gunung Terang, Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat.
“Aksi curas yang dialami korban terjadi hari Kamis (05/12/2013), sekira pukul 02.30 WIB, TKP (tempat kejadian perkara) di rumah korban yang mengakibatkan korban mengalami kerugian uang tunai sebanyak Rp. 26 Juta,” ujar AKP Sandy, Minggu (15/09/2019).
Lanjut Kasat Reskrim, tersangka dalam melakukan aksinya pada malam hari ketika korban sedang tidur, lalu menodongkan senjata api dan menggasak barang barang korban.
Adapun identitas tersangka tersebut yaitu berinisial AH (38), berprofesi wiraswasta, warga Kampung Kejadian, Kecamatan Way Serdang, Kabupaten Mesuji.
Hasil interogasi yang dilakukan oleh petugas kami terhadap tersangka, bahwa tersangka melakukan aksi curas di rumah korban bersama dengan dua orang rekannya berinisial AG yang sudah MD (meninggal dunia) dan SG yang sekarang sudah menjalani hukuman.
Selain melakukan aksi kejahatan di rumah korban, tersangka juga mengaku pernah enam kali melakukan aksi curas, lima kali di wilayah hukum Polres Tulang Bawang dan satu kali di daerah Bengkulu.

2. TKP rumah pengusaha karet di Kecamatan Penawartama, Kabupaten Tulang Bawang
3. TKP rumah pengusaha karet di Tiyuh Indraloka I, Kecamatan Way Kenanga, Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat.
4. TKP rumah pengusaha karet di Tiyuh Sakti Jaya, Kecamatan Gunung Terang.
5. TKP rumah pengusaha karet di Tiyuh Indraloka I.
6. TKP rumah pengusaha emas di Kecamatan Arga Makmur, Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara yang berhasil membawa kabur emas 2,5 Kg dan uang tunai sebanyak Rp. 500 Juta yang mengakibatkan korban mengalami kerugian senilai Rp. 3 Miliar.
Tersangka saat ini masih dilakukan pemeriksaan secara intensif di Mapolres Tulang Bawang dan akan dijerat dengan Pasal 365 ayat 2 ke 2 KUHPidana tentang pencurian dengan kekerasan. Diancam dengan pidana penjara paling lama 12 tahun.(Andi Irawan Jaya)
