Prinsipnya, segala bentuk pelanggaran harus ditindak tegas.
“Saya selaku Ketua Forum Pendamping Desa atau biasa yang disebut Komunitas Penggiat Desa (KPD), meminta semua silahkan mengkaji, ketika memang ada temuan pekerjaan yang tidak sesuai dengan rancangan anggaran biaya (RAB), silahkan laporkan. Pada prinsipnya, segala bentuk pelanggaran harus ditindak dengan tegas, tentunya yang punya kewenangan, yaitu pihak kepolisian dan kejaksaan untuk menindaklanjuti temuan tersebut,” tukas Ombih Aribowo ketika dihubungi Via WhatsApp.
Lebih jauh ombih mengatakan, kegiatan pengerjaan proyek-proyek dana desa dan segala kegiatan yang dilaksanakan, harus sesuai dengan perencanaan kegiatannya, baik itu fisik (infrastruktur) ataupun non fisik.
Diberitakan sebelumnya, bahwa ada dugaan pengerjaan proyek-proyek infrastruktur yang ada di desa-desa se-Kecamatan Pebayuran, dikerjakan asal jadi dan terpenting ada pekerjaan walaupun tidak sesuai dengan Rancangan Anggaran Biaya yang sudah ditetapkan. (Suhendra)
