Kabarsebelas.com – Mantan Kasie Pidsus Kejaksaan Negri (Kejari) Purwakarta Edi Monang siap menjadi saksi atas dugaan skandal SPPD dan Bimtek fiktif yang melibatkan semua anggota DPRD Purwakarta. Pasalnya, Edi Monang adalah Kapidsus yang pertama membongkar kasus ini.
“ya, Edi Monang akan menjadi saksi nanti,”Ujar Zaenal Abidin Ketua Komunitas Masyarakat Purwakarta (KMP) tadi malam (19/9/2019)
Untuk itu, KPM menurut Zaenal, akan melaporkan Eddy Monang ke Kejagung, agar Jampidsus punya alasan memanggil Monang sebagai saksi.
“Nanti, Jampidsus Kejagung akan memeriksa Eddy Monang mantan Kepala Pidsus Kejari Purwakarta sebagai saksi. Saya kira Syahpuan juga akan diperiksa sebagai saksi,”bebernya.
“Kalau saya baca berkas pemeriksaan yang dilakukan Monang, dia itu cerdas. Dia meninggalkan tapak-tapak jejak, sehingga siapapun yang menelisik kasus ini seperti diberi petunjuk yang jelas layaknya jalan tol. Dia cerdas sekali,” jelas ZA.
Kemudian kata Zaenal, Jampidsus Kejagung akan segera menerbitkan sprindik skandal SPPD dan Bimtek fiktif yang diduga melibatkan semua anggota DPRD Purwakarta periode 2014-2019.
“Kami dari KMP sangat bersyukur respon Kejagung luar biasa. Intinya kita ingin keadilan tegak dan berlaku bagi siapapun,” jelas Zaenal, sepulang dari Kejagung untuk ketiga kalinya.
Menurutnya, disposisi dari Jamintel ke Jampidsus terjadi pada 26 Agustus 2019. Dalam disposisi itu diperintahkan agar kasus SPPD dan Bimtek fiktif segera diterbitkan sprindik baru.
“Ini yang membuat kami sangat optimistis kasus ini bakal menjadi perbincangan publik secara nasional,” jelasnya.
ZA, sapaan akrab Zaenal menyebutkan, kedatangan dia ke Kejagung untuk ketiga kalinya untuk melengkapi berkas perkara yang dibutuhkan oleh penyidik Kejagung.
“Minggu lalu kami serahkan BAP dan berkas tuntutan. Kemarin, saya serahkan Berkas Dakwaan. Dalam berkas dakwaan ini jelas tertulis dan disebut nama semua anggota dewan satu per satu secara detail,” tandasnya.
Sebelumnya, pada 14 Agustus 2019 tim KMP datang ke Kejagung untuk mengadukan Kepala Kejari Purwakarta Syahpuan kepada Jamwas. Pada saat yang sama, KMP juga melaporkan ke Kejagung agar skandal SPPD dan Bimtek fiktif disidik lagi.
Pada 4 September 2019, KMP kembali mendatangi ke Kejagung. Saat itu KMP menyerahkan berkas BAP dan berkas tuntutan ke Kejagung.
“Hari ini kami datang untuk menyerahkan berkas dakwaan,” jelas Zaenal.
Kemudian ia membeberkan, atas apa yang dilakukannya, ZA mengaku ada lobi-lobi yang dilakukan dewan kepadanya. Ia mengaku menyesalkan atas perilaku anggota dewan itu.
“Unsur pimpinan dewan ngajak “damai” tapi kami tolak. Ada tiga partai yang merapat ke KMP agar tidak ketinggalan kereta. Intinya mereka lucu-lucu,” jelas Zaenal, yang datang ke Kejagung hanya dengan Tigor Nainggolan.(red)
