Bekasi, Kabarsebelas.com – Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Bhagasasi merupakan badan usaha milik daerah (BUMD) Kabupaten Bekasi yang merupakan penyedia jasa air bersih memiliki sejumlah kejanggalan.
Imam Juang Pemuda Islam Bekasi (PIB), Awaludin mengatakan, banyak kejanggalan di PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi terhadap pelayanan konsumen. “PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi harus meningkatkan pelayanan K3 terhadap konsumen, karena semua itu adalah kewajiban suatu perusahaan yang harus dijalankan dengan baik,” ujarnya kepada Kabarsebelas.com via ponsel, Sabtu (05/10/2019).
Berdasarkan UU Perlindungan Konsumen Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen Republik Indonesia menerangkan, hak konsumen di antaranya adalah hak atas kenyamanan, keamanan, dan keselamatan dalam mengkonsumsi barang dan atau jasa; hak untuk memilih barang dan atau jasa serta mendapatkan barang dan atau jasa tersebut sesuai dengan nilai tukar dan kondisi serta jaminan yang dijanjikan; hak untuk diperlakukan atau dilayani secara benar dan jujur serta tidak diskriminatif; hak untuk mendapatkan kompensasi, ganti rugi dan atau penggantian, apabila barang dan atau jasa yang diterima tidak sesuai dengan perjanjian atau tidak sebagaimana mestinya; dan sebagainya.
Tak hanya itu, Awaludin juga membeberkan, terkait beredarnya informasi dari sejumlah karyawan yang mempertanyakan gaji ke-13 beserta tunjangannya yang tak kunjung turun sampai hari ini akibat kekosongan kas keuangan PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi.
“Dampak dari semua itu, maka kinerja Direksi PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi harus segera dievaluasi oleh pihak Pemerintah Daerah, dalam hal ini Bupati Bekasi sebagai pemegang kebijakkan,” jelasnya.
Awaludin menambahkan, terkait orientasi dan implementasi standar kualitas, kuantitas, dan kontinuitas pelayanan yang selama ini digaung-gaungkan oleh pihak PDAM, hanya sebatas kata kiasan yang berbanding terbalik dengan kinerja dan fakta di lapangan.
“Apalagi berbagai kalangan menilai kalau di bawah kepemimpinan Usep Rahman Salim selaku Direktur Utama belum mampu mensejahterakan para karyawannya. Bagi saya hal ini mencerminkan sangat perlu dilakukannya evaluasi di internal PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi,” tukas Awaludin.
Ia juga meminta pihak Kejaksaan dan KPK harus turun tangan dan segera mengaudit Keuangan PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi. (red)
