Bekasi, Kabarsebelas.com – Sebanyak 2.000 personil dari berbagai unsur di Kabupaten Bekasi mengikuti apel pengamanan jelang pelantikan dan sumpah Presiden dan Wakil Presiden RI periode 2019- 2024 yang digelar Polres Metro Bekasi di perempatan lampu merah Jurong, Jalan Ki Hadjar Dewantara, Kecamatan Cikarang Utara, Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat, Sabtu (19/10/2019) pagi.
Berbagai unsur tersebut, yaitu Polres Metro Bekasi, Kodim 0509, Bawaslu, KPU, Dishub, Satpol PP, TNI, Dinas Damkar, Satpam kawasan, Pramuka, Mahasiswa, serta Ormas berdiri siap melakukan pengamanan di Kabupaten Bekasi.
Kapolres Metro Bekasi, Kombes Pol Candra Sukma Kumara menerangkan, pihaknya menempatkan para personil di 5 titik, terutama di titik keramaian. Namun ia menegaskan, para personil tidak diperkenankan membawa senjata api ataupun senjata lainnnya.
“Jika ada yang membawa senjata akan kami berikan sanski. Kita lihat beberapa waktu terjadi peristiwa di DPR RI dan lainnya ada yang memanfaatkan situasi menjadi gaduh. Untuk itu kita sebagai anak bangsa harus mengamankan,” tukasnya.
Selain itu sebagai simbolisasi, Kombes Pol Candra memberikan rompi kepada wartawan dalam peliputan untuk memudahkan Anggota Polisi melakukan pengamanan dan dapat membedakan antara pengunjuk rasa, wartawan atau perusuh.
“Kita petugas dapat membedakan ini petugas atau perusuh. Kita susun SOP saat meliput unjuk rasa atau yang ada potensi rusuh harus pakai rompi, wartawan tidak boleh jadi korban rusuh,” ucapnya.
Sementara itu, Komandan Kodim 0509/Kabupaten Bekasi, Letkol Inf Arh. Ferry menambahkan, semua unsur harus siap mengamankan wilayah ini demi kepentingan NKRI.
Kegiatan tersebut dilanjutkan dengan pembacaan deklarasi yang diikuti seluruh peserta apel. (Fajar)
