Lampung Utara, kabarsebelas.com – Pemerintah Kabupaten Lampung Utara (Lampura) mengelar upacara Peringati Hari Sumpah Pemuda di halaman kantor Pemda kabupaten setempat, Senin (28/10/2019).
Pantauan media ini, bertindak sebagai Inspektur Upacara Kapolres Lampura, AKBP Budiman Sulaksono, S.IK dan dihadiri oleh Plt Bupati Lampura, H. Budi Utomo, Forkompimda, Kepala OPD, sekwan, anggota DPRD serta peserta upacara terdiri dari para pegawai dilingkungan Pemkab Lampura.
Dalam upacara tersebut, Kapolres
Lampura berpesan kepada seluruh masyahrakat dan pemuda untuk tetap bersatu sesuai dengan tema Hari Sumpah Pemuda ke 91 kali ini “Bersatu Kita Maju”.
“Mari kita bersatu, miliki semangat belajar, sehingga dalam kehidupan dapat mengunakan ilmunya secara baik untuk pembangunan di Lampung Utara,” tuturnya.
Sementara itu, dalam sambutan Plt Bupati Lampura mengatakan Tema Bersatu Kita Maju sesungguhnya diperuntukan untuk seluruh elemen bangsa, tetapi bagi pemuda menjadi keharusan karena di tangan pemuda Indonesia bisa lebih maju.
“Pemuda untuk Indonesia maju adalah pemuda yang memiliki karakter, kapasitas, kemampuan inovasi, kreativitas yang tinggi, mandiri, inspiratif serta mampu bertahan dan unggul dalam menghadapi dunia,” katanya.
Semangat para pemuda, sambung Plt Bupati Lampura, dalam menatap dan ikut membangun dunia harus terus menjadi obor penyemangat bagi pengabdian pemuda indonesia dalam ikut serta berpartisipasi mengangkat bangsa dan tanah air tercinta di kancah dunia.
“Saya ucapkan selamat Hari Sumpah Pemuda, semoga melalui peringatan ini kita selalu menghormati jasa para pemuda, jasa para pendiri bangsa dan jasa para pahlawan kita,” ujarnya. (Hapidz)
