Lampung Utara, kabarsebelas.com – MY (21) seorang pemuda pengangguran warga Dusun Kali Cinta, Desa Kali Cinta, Kecamatan Kotabumi, Utara Kabupaten Lampung Utara berhasil diciduk Tim Reskrim Polsek Kotabumi Utara lantaran diduga secara biadab melakukan perbuatan Cabul terhadap teman dekatnya yang masih di bawah umur. Rabu (30/10/2019).
Pelaku di tangkap atas perbuatanya pada hari selasa kemarin (29/10/2019) pukul 16.00 WIB telah melakukan perbuatan pemerasan serta melakukan Perbuatan Cabul anak di bawah umur sesuai pasal 368 Kuhp jo Pasal 82 ayat 1 Undang- Undang RI nomor 23 tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak.
Adapun penangkapan berdasarkan Laporan Korban (ORH) 15 tahun seorang siswa sebuah Sekolah Negeri di Kotabumi dengan Nomor Lp/115/B/2019/Polsek Kotabumi Utara tanggal 29 oktober 2019 Tentang Pemerasan dan Pencabulan terhadap Anak dibawah umur dengan Lokasi Tempat Kejadian Perkara(TKP) Kebun sawit dekat Kali Brantas Kecamatan Kotabumi selatan.
Tersangka ditangkap di rumah kediaman orang tuanya saat sedang karaoke di dalam kamar, penangkapan tersangka dipimpin langsung Kapolsek Kotabumi Utara, Iptu Rukmanizar bersama 4 orang anggota, meski tersangka melakukan perlawanan namun dapat diamankan oleh Polisi yang melakukan penangkapan dan dari dalam kamar tersangka ditemukan barang Bukti berupa Satu unit Handphone merk Vivo type Y 91 C warna sunset red no imei : 867308040789538 milik Korban yang dirampas oleh Pelaku.
Menurut keterangan Kapolsek Kotabumi Utara mewakili Kapolres Lampung Utara, AKBP Budiman Sulaksono, dimana kejadian berawal ketika Tersangka mengenal Korban melalui temannya, kemudian pada hari Minggu (27/10/2019) pukul 15.00 WIB tersangka mengajak Korban maen ke luar rumah dengan mengunakan kendaraan Avanza warna hitam dengan Nopol BE.2935.MA.
Selanjutnya Tersangka mengajak Korban ke arah kebun sawit dekat kali Brantas Kotabumi, kemudian Korban dicabuli oleh tersangka dengan cara meremas buah dada Korban 3 kali, kemudian Hp molik Korban diambil oleh tersangka, setelah itu Korban diantar tidak sampai dirumah namun diturunkan dijalan dan mengancam apabila Korban melapor akan dibunuh.
“Saat ini Pelaku dan Beberapa Barang Bukti berupa Satu unit Handphone merk Vivo type Y 91 C warna sunset red no imei: 867308040789538. Milik Korban serta Satu unit Kendaraan Avanza warna Hitam BE.2935.MA milik orang Tua Tersangka telah diamankan di Polsek Kotabumi Utara guna Proses Penyelidikan dan penyidikan lebih lanjut,” ujar Iptu Rukmanizar.
