Subang, kabarsebelas.com – Tebing Sungai Ciasem di Pantura Subang, Jawa Barat, makin tergerus oleh hantaman derasnya air, Senin (4/11/2019).
Seperti yang terjadi di sepanjang daerah aliran sungai di Dusun Sukamanah Baru, Desa Muara, Kecamatan Blanakan, Subang, tebing longsor tergerus air kian memprihatinkan.
Gerusan air mengakibatkan area persawahan di sepanjang aliran sungai tergerus sejauh 10 meter.
Warga pun sangat khawatir dengan keadaan sungai seperti itu, karena hantaman air sungai membuat tebing dan sawah habis tergerus air.
“Saat ini di lokasi sungai Ciasem, hantaman air sungai membuat tebing dan sawah habis tergerus air, Tebing penahan sungai itu semakin tergerus. Dikhawatirkan akan semakin dekat ke perumahan warga,” ujar Iim warga sekitar.
Iim menambahkan, kondisi itu membuat was-was warga yang berada tak jauh dari sungai karena khawatir terdampak longsornya kian meluas hingga ke permukiman.
“Kalau dibiarkan, tanah tebing sungai yang labil bisa longsor dan mengancam permukiman warga,” tambah Iim.
Untuk itu dirinya berharap ke pihak terkait untuk melakukan upaya penyedotan dan pembetulan tebing sungai Ciasem. (Ahd)
