Bekasi, KabarSebelas.com – DPP LSM Peduli Keadilan (PEKA) akan menuntut Pemkab Bekasi karena lalai memperbaiki jalan yang rusak sepanjang 2 KM di Kampung Pulo Glatik, Desa Sindangsari, Kecamatan Cabangbungin.
Pasalnya, jalan yang seolah luput dari perhatian pemerintah itu sudah sering merugikan pengendara bermotor yang berlalu lalang. Bahkan, di jalan tersebut juga pernah memakan korban seperti terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas.
“Kalau jalan yang rusak dan sering menelan korban ini tak kunjung diperbaiki Pemkab Bekasi, kami akan melaporkan Pemkab Bekasi ke Polisi,” kata Ketum DPP LSM PEKA, Eri Efendi ,SH kepada KabarSebelas.com, Kamis (14/11/2019).
Ia menegaskan, sesuai dengan UU nomor 22 tahun 2009 tentang lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan pasal 24 poin menyebutkan penyelenggara jalan wajib segera memperbaiki jalan yang rusak dan dapat mengakibatkan kecelakaan lalu lintas.
“Dalam UU nomor 22 tahun 2009 tentang lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan itu sudah sangat jelas bahwasannya penyelenggara jalan dalam hal ini pemerintah, itu wajib untuk memperbaiki jalan yang rusak,” ujar Eri.
Dirinya pun meminta agar Bupati Eka Supria Atmaja secepatnya meninjau langsung jalan yang memang setiap harinya itu dilalui masyarakat kabupaten yang berjuluk ‘Kota Patriot’ untuk beraktivitas mengais rejeki.
“Bupati Eka jangan sering kerjanya di wilayah kota atau di sekitaran Pemkab Bekasi aja dong, dtaeng sini ke wilayah perkampungan, masih banyak jalan yang sudah rusak yang butuh kerja nyata Pak Bupati Eka,” pungkas Eri. (hay)
