Purwakarta, Kabarsebelas.com – Sejumlah pengusaha galian di Purwakarta mengaku kecewa dengan kebijakan Satpol PP Purwakarta yang diduga tebang pilih, ikwal penutuapan Galian di Kabupaten Purwakarta.
” Saya merasa Satpol PP Purwakarta pilih kasih kenapa hanya aktivitas galian saya saja yang ditutup sementara yang lain tidak,”ujar H Agus Mulyana Mingggu (1/12) pemilik lahan galian di Dusun Ciselang Kelurahan Munjul Jaya, Kecamatan Purwakarta, Kabupaten Purwakarta, yang ditutup petugas Satpol PP Purwakarta belum lama ini.
Menurutnya, di Kabupaten Purwakarta saat ini ada enam galian yang masih beraktivitas. Ke enam lokasi galian tersebut berada di Campaka, Bungursari dan Kecamatan Sukatani.
“Kalau mau adil, tutup semua, jadi tidak ada kesan tebang pilih,”tegas H Agus dengan nada tinggi.
Agus juga mengaku, sebelum melakukan menataan 3000 meter lahan miliknya, prosedur sudah dia tempuh, ke Kelurahan, Kecamatan, Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, sampai Cipta Karya Purwakarta, akan tetapi masih saja di tutup Satpol PP Purwakarta.
“Dimana Pancasila sila Ke 5, keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia,”ujar H Agus seraya menejelaskan, kalau masalah perijinan saya yakin untuk Purwakarta tak ada satupun galian yang mekiliki ijin resmi.
Pantauan kabarsebelas.com di Kecamatan Campaka dan Sukatani menyebutkan, lokasi galian di Kecamatan tersebut terlihat beraktivitas. Sejumlah truk besar berderat menunggu giliran untuk memuatan pasir. Pengusaha galian di Kecamatan tersebut sepertinya merasa aman untuk menjalankan usahanya, karena Satpol PP Purwakarta tak mampu menutup galiannya tersebut. (Dadi)
