Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – PT Visi Indonesia Mandiri (VIM) mendapat dua kali Surat Peringatan (SP) dari Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Karawang melalui Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Diperindag) karena sampai dengan saat ini pembangunan Pasar Proklamasi (pasar Rengasdengklok yang baru) tak kunjung terealisasi.
Kemudian, PT VIM juga belum menemukan kesepakatan harga jual kios dan los dengan para pedagang, belum adanya kesamaan persepsi dua organisasi pedagang menyikapi harga yang ditawarkan, hingga kepastian terakomodirnya seluruh pedagang dalam relokasi dari pasar lama ke pasar baru yang sedang dibangun itu.
“Para pedagang lama berikut para PKL-nya harus menjadi prioritas dalam relokasi pasar Rengasdengklok, kalau ada sisa baru bisa ditawarkan ke pihak lain,” kata Plt Kadisperindag Karawang, Rakhmat Gunadi, saat tinjau lokasi Pasar Proklamasi, Kamis (19/12/2019).
Dirinya pun mengimbau kepada para pedagang Pasar Rengasdengklok untuk segera pindah berjualan ke lokasi Pasar Proklamasi karena kondisi bangunannya pun sudah sangat memprihatinkan. Terlebih, kata dia, lahan Pasar Rengasdengklok pun akan segera dibangun ruang terbuka hijau (RTH).
“Pedagang harus segera pindah ke lokasi baru, karena pasar Rengasdengklok lama ini sudah sangat memprihatinkan kondisinya dan akan segera dibangun ruang terbuka hijau,” ujar Rakhmat Gunadi.
Ia menerangkan kalau faktor terhambatnya pembangunan Pasar Proklamasi itu karena belum adanya kesamaan persepsi antara Ikatan Pedagang Pasar Rengasdengklok (IPPR) dan Paguyuban Pedagang Kaki Lima (PPKL) menganai harga yang ditawarkan PT VIM.
“Permasalahan itu lah yang membuat pelaksanaan pembangunan Pasar Proklamasi jadi terhambat,” terang Rakhmat Gunadi.
Imbas keterlambatan itu, lanjut Gunadi, menyebabkan PT VIM mendapatkan SP sebanyak dua kali dari Pemkab Karawang. “Kendala-kendala di lapangan itu akan menjadi pertimbangan kami ke depan,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu Ketua umum PPKL, Jejen Sopyan mengatakan, kondisi Pasar Rengasdengklok saat ini memang sudah tidak layak ditempati para pedagang sehingga harus segera direlokasi ke tempat yang baru.
“Memang hingga saat ini belum ada kesepakatan harga antara pedagang dengan pengembang. Pedagang meminta biaya DP sebesar Rp5 juta, sementara harga los itu Rp8,5 juta,” ungkap Ejen sapaan akrabnya.
Dengan proaktifnya Plt Kadisperindag Karawang, kata dia, dapat memberikan solusi ke semua pihak agar relokasi segera terealisasi. “Saya berharap ada titik temu harga antara pedagang dengan pengembang, sehingga pembagunan relokasi pasar segera dilaksanakan,” pungkas Ejen. (red)
