Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Kepala Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (Disnakertrans) Kabupaten Karawang Ahmad Suroto mengingatkan kepada Rumah Sakit (RS) Lira Medika agar tidak bertindak semena-mena melakukan pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) karyawannya.
“Jika tidak ada kesalahan jangan semena-mena PHK Karyawan, itu ada aturannya,”tegas Ahmad Suroto, Kepala Disnakertrans, Selasa (24/12/2019)
Apalagi kata Suroto, karyawan yang di PHK oleh RS Lira Medika dalam keadaan hamil. Atas persoalan tersebut ia akan memanggil keduabelah pihak untuk di mediasi.
“Sekarang jadwal masih padat, nanti akan kita surati untuk di mediasi,”katanya
Sebelumnya Refi Fitri Nasution karyawan RS Lira Medika yang menjabat sebagai Manager Customer Care telah di PHK sepihak oleh manajemen RS Lira Medika. Atas perlakuan PHK yang semena-mena dilakukan oleh pihak RS Lira Medika, Refi kini mencari keadilan.
“Saya akan terus mencari keadilan, karena tidak ada angin tidak ada hujan saya di PHK oleh Manajemen RS Lira Medika,”tukasnya.(red)
