Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Dalam rangka meningkatkan kapasitas, sinergitas, dan koordinasi yang baik, tenaga ahli pendamping desa Kabupaten Karawang menggelar acara silahturahmi pendamping desa dan pendamping lokal desa. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan di Loji, Desa Mekarbuana, Kecamatan Tegalwaru, Karawang, dua hari 25 sampai 26 Desember 2019.
“Kegiatan ini untuk mengevaluasi para pendamping, secara kinerja agar lebih baik lagi,”kata Lili Mahali Tenaga Ahli Pendamping Desa Kabupaten Karawang, Kamis (26/12/2019) di Mekarbuana, Tegalwaru, Karawang.
Lili menegaskan refleksi akhir tahun kali ini untuk mengevaluasi kinerja para pendamping desa agar bisa memberikan kontribusi kedesanya agar lebih baik lagi. Selain evaluasi kinerja tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk menjalin silahturahmi antar pendamping se Kabupaten Karawang.
Lili juga berharap kepada para pendamping desa agar dapat meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam pembangunan di desa dan selalu terus mengikuti perkembangan yang terjadi di masyarakat.
“Melalui silahturahmi dan koordinasi ini, menurutnya para pendamping saling bertukar pengalaman atau sharing dan masukan masukan yang membangun sehingga di waktu mendatang dapat lebih baik lagi melakukan pendampingan kemasyarakatan,”jelasnya.(red)
