Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Komisi I Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Karawang akan bahas soal pemekaran desa yang kapasitas penduduknya sudah padat.
Menelaah beberapa syarat yang mesti terpenuhi dalam Undang Undang nomor 6 tahun 2014 dan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) nomor 43 tahun 2014 sebagaimana diubah dengan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) nomor 47 tahun 2015 khususnya yang mengatur sebuah desa (UU Desa/pasal 8 huruf b. (3)
Maka di Kabupaten Karawang, desa yang penduduknya sudah terlalu padat itu harus segera di mekarkan.
“Ini menjadi hal serius di Komisi I melihat dari pelayanan masyarakat agar lebih maksimal,”Kata Budianto Ketua Komisi I DPRD Kabupaten Karawang, Selasa 14/1/2020
Untuk tercapainya pelayanan yang maksimal maka desa yang jumlah penduduknya terlalu padat agar segera di mekarkan. Namun kata Budianto, tinggal bagaimana pemerintah untuk kesiapannya.
“karena memang fungsinya untuk mengcover, jangan sampai pelayanan desa tidak maksimal sehingga banyak wilayah wilayah tertinggal. Harusnya suatu desa idealnya 5000 jumlah penduduknya,”terangnya
Pihaknya nanti akan melakukan rapat internal untuk melakukan pembahasan soal pemekaran desa. Ia juga akan memanggil DPMPD dan BPS agar data yang di hadirkan falid jangan sampai terjadi simpang siur.
“Karena memang sampai hari ini BPS masih menggunakan data lama,”jelasnya
Ditemoat yang sama disampaikan anggota Komisi I DPRD Karawang Jajang Sulaeman, bahwa angka kemiskinan di Kabupaten Karawang sudah mencapai 200 ribu jiwa lebih dan itu keterangan dari Dinas Sosial berdasarkan data dari BPS tahun 2015.
Karena banyak pelayanan yang kurang maksimal dari pemerintahan desa sehingga angka kemiskinan juga menjadi salah satu fokus komisi I untuk memekarkan desa yang sudah terlalu padat penduduknya.
“Jika masyarakat mendapat pelayanan yang maksimal dari segi apapun maka angka kemiskinan di Karawang pasti akan menurun,”pungkasnya.(red)
