Bekasi, Kabarsebelas.com – PC PMII Kabupaten Bekasi mencurigai penyertaan modal untuk PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi yang mencapai Rp 80 Miliar tahun 2020 ini. Pasalnya, pada 2019 silam perusahaan plat merah milik Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Bekasi ini terindikasi masih memiliki hutang Rp 75 miliar.
“Yang ada penyertaan modal (Rp 80 miliar) tersebut buat bancakan pembayaran hutang PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi kepada rekanan pemasok air. Ada laporan yang menyebutkan PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi terindikasi berhutang sampai 75 miliar kepada rekanan,” ujar Wakil Ketua II Bidang Advokasi dan Jaringan PC PMII Kabupaten Bekasi, Naseh Kamal di Cikarang, Kamis (16/1/2020).
Bahkan PC PMII Kabupaten Bekasi pun mengaku mempunyai data bahwa PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi masih memiliki hutang laba (Dividen) yang belum disetorkan sekitar Rp 7 miliar kepada Pemkab Bekasi tahun 2018.
“Laba sebesar 12 miliar tahun 2018 baru disetorkan 4,9 miliar ke Pemkab Bekasi, sampai laba saja dihutang, berarti ada yang tidak beres, ada ketidak sanggupan managerial di dalam PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi,” ujar Naseh.
Pihaknya pun meminta stakeholder Kabupaten Bekasi mengkaji secara konverhensif permasalahan di tubuh Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) tersebut dan lebih mengedepankan anggaran Rp 80 miliar itu untuk kebutuhan yang sangat dirasakan masyarakat.
“Harus banyak pertimbangan, lebih baik penyertaan modal di alokasikan untuk kebutuhan lain untuk kepentingan yang terasa langsung di masyarakat luas,” tandas Naseh. (vzay)
