Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Sesosok mayat pria tanpa identitas ditemukan mengambang di sungai Citarum tepatnya di Dusun Pawanda, Desa Medangasem, Kecamatan Jayakerta, Kabupaten Karawang, Jawa Barat.
Mayat tersebut pertama kali diketahui Suparman (65) sekira pukul 08.30 WIB yang sedang menyebrang sungai Citarum sepulang dari pasar. Sontak, dirinya pun bergegas memberitahu apa yang dilihatnya itu ke warga setempat.
“Saya lihat ada orang mengambang di sungai itu sepulang saya dari Pasar. Saya langsung laporan ke warga sekitar, yang tak lama kemudian polisi datang,” kata Suparman kepada awak media, Sabtu (25/1/2020) pagi.
Warga setempat bernama Alek (30) mengatakan, berdasarkan informasi Acim ada sesosok mayat yang membentur perahu eretannya itu. Alek pun dengan sigap melaporkan ke Ketua RT setempat.
“Acim bilang ke saya ada mayat mengambang di sungai Citarum membentur perahunya. Saya langsung lapor ke Pak RT sini, enggak lama kemudian Polisi datang ke lokasi,” kata Alek.
Ia menjelaskan saat ditemukan posisi mayat tanpa identitas itu dalam posisi terlentang. Warga sekitar juga tidak mengetahui siapa mayat lelaki yang berada di sungai Citarum tersebut.
“Saya lihat dari atas (tanggul) posisinya sudah seperti itu. Warga sekitar juga tidak mengenalinya, itu bukan warga sini,” jelas Alek.
Kini, penemuan mayat tanpa identitas yang mengambang di sungai Citarum tepatnya di di Dusun Pawanda, Desa Medangasem, Kecamatan Jayakerta, Kabupaten Karawang, Jawa Barat, ditangani pihak Kepolisian Karawang. (vzay)
