Purwakrta, Kabarsebelas.com – Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Purwakarta berencana merenovasi Stadion Sepak Bola Purnawarman di 2020 ini. Menurut Bupati Purwakarta, Anne Ratna Mustika, renovasi stadion itu merupakan bagian penyelesaian tahap akhir pembangunan sarana dan prasarana olah raga.
“Memang ada rencana untuk merenovasi stadion, dan renovasi ini bagian dari tahapan untuk menyelesaikan sport center di Purwakarta, dan sudah direncanakan lima tahun kebelakang,” katanya saat ditemui setelah acara pengajian rutin kamisan di Rumah Dinas Bupati, Kamis (30/1/2020).
Ambu Anne sapaan akrab Bupati Purwakarta mengungkapkan, dirinya baru mengetahui kalau Detail Engineering Design (DED) Stadion Purnawarman sudah dibuat sejak tahun 2017 dan langsung diusulkan ke Provinsi Jawa Barat.
“Saya baru tahu kalau DED Purnawarman itu sudah dibuat tahun 2017, kemudian saya ambil tahun 2018. Saya langsung usulkan untuk masuk di dana bantuan provinsi saat itu juga,” ungkapnya.
Ambu Anne menjelaskan, nominal anggaran yang tertera dalam perencanaan DED Stadion Purnawarman itu lumayan besar. Jika dimasukan dalam APBD II Purwakarta, ia menegaskan, khawatir tidak bisa mengakomodirnya.
Sebagai dari rencana penyelesaian tahap akhir pembangunan Sport Center Purnawarman, ia menginginkan renovasi stadion kebanggaan masyarakat Kabupaten Purwakarta ini sekaligus, alias tanpa melalui tahapan-tahapan.
“Tahun ini terlaksana, karena pengusulannya sudah lama dari tahun 2018. Alhamdulillah bisa di akomodir oleh dana banprov sebesar 26 miliar sesuai dengan DED Purnawarman yang dibuat tahun 2017,” tuturnya.
“Kalau APBD II di kita kuat, seharusnya dari tahun 2018 sudah bisa dilaksanakan pengerjaannya. Perencanaan awal 10 miliar, saya akomodir menggunakan anggaran pemerintah kabupaten, tapi dipikir-pikir kalau pengerjaannya secara bertahap nantinya takut tidak maksimal,” sambungnya.
Tadinya, Ambu Anne menegaskan, Pemkab Purwakarta berencana akan memindahkan Arena Sport Center ke wilayah utara. Namun, kata dia, batal karena wilayah itu merupakan zona konservasi alam dan lingkungan.
“Awalnya kami berencana pemindahan sport center ke wilayah Bungursari, namun terkendala pada lahannya, dan wilayah bungursari akan dijadikan daerah konservasi alam dan lingkungan, pertanian dan perkebunan,” tegasnya.
Kalau Arena Sport Center Purnawarman nanti sudah rampung pengerjaannya, Ambu Anne pun mempersilahkan semua elemen masyarakat Kabupaten Purwakarta menikmatinya.
“Siapapun boleh menggunakan, karena ini milik pemerintah berarti milik masyarakat Purwakarta juga,” timpalnya. (Dadi)
