Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Fraksi PKB DPRD Karawang akan memanggil pemerintah desa (Pemdes) yang melakukan pungutan biaya tidak wajar Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) diluar ketentuan SKB 3 Menteri nomor 25 tahun 2017.
Tetapi, Fraksi PKB menampung lebih dahulu ratapan warga Kabupaten Karawang yang sertifikat tanah miliknya tak kunjung jadi, padahal sudah menyerahkan sejumlah uang dan persyaratan ke pemdes terkait.
“Kalau misalnya ada masyarakat yang mengeluhkan masalah PTSL karena sertifikatnya belum jadi, laporkan ke kita,” kata Ketua Fraksi PKB DPRD Karawang, Jajang Sulaeman di ruangannya, Jumat (31/1/2020) siang.
Anggota Komisi I DPRD Kabupaten Karawang ini juga tidak terlalu mempersoalkan pungutan yang dilakukan pemdes yang bersangkutan. Asalkan, kata dia, tidak melawan ketentuan SKB 3 Menteri nomor 25 tahun 2017.
“Pemerintah desa harusnya tidak bisa memungut itu dan tidak boleh memungut itu. Kalau kemudian ada masyarakat yang melaporkan pungutan itu ke kita, pemerintah desa yang bersangkutan akan kita panggil. Apalagi angka yang tidak wajar diminta oleh pemerintah desa, itu kurang ajar,” tegas Jajang.
Perlu diketahui, SKB 3 Menteri nomor 25 tahun 2017 yang disepakati Menteri ATR, Mendagri, dan Mendes PDTT itu mengatur nominal biaya pembuatan sertifikat program PTSL dibagi menjadi lima kategori.
Kategori I untuk Provinsi Papua, Maluku Utara, dan Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) sebesar Rp 450.000.
Ketegori II untuk Provinsi Kepulauan Riau, Bangka Belitung, Sulawesi Tengah, Sulawesi Utara, Sulawesi Tenggara, Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) sebesar Rp 350.000.
Kategori III untuk Provinsi Gorontalo, Sulawesi Barat, Sulawesi Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Barat, Sumatera Utara, Aceh, Sumatera Barat, Kalimantan Timur sebesar Rp 250.000.
Kategori IV untuk Provinsi Riau, Jambi, Sumatera Selatan, Lampung, Bengkulu, Kalimantan Selatan sebesar Rp 200.000.
Kategori V untuk Pulau Jawa dan Bali sebesar Rp 150.000. (red)
