Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Komisi III Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Karawang mencurigai izin apartemen Centraland Telukjambe disalahgunakan. Pasalnya, apartemen Centraland di sewakan jadi tempat kos kosan.
“Perizinan Centraland itu perizinan rumah huni bukan izin hotel atau tempat kos kosan,”Ujar Endang Sodikin Ketua Komisi III, Senin (3/1/2020) pada saat Sidak IPAL Apartemen Centraland Telukjambe.
Pihaknya tidak secara detail menanyakan soal perizinan lebih jauh karena itu domainnya komisi I. Karena kedatangan komisi III ketempat apartemen Centraland itu menanyakan terkait IPAL limbah domestik apakah sudah di sediakan atau belum.
“Karena ada laporan dari masyarakat soal OYO ya kami tanyakan, secara otomatis kaitan dengan OYO ini kaitan dengan perizinan,”katanya
Lanjut Endang, karena ditanya soal OYO pihak managemet Centraland pun menjelaskan bahwa memang di lantai 11 dan 12 ada sekitar 60 kamar telah dilakukan MOU dari Perumnas kepada OYO.
“Secara aturan izinnya rumah huni, ketika ini di jadikan tempat kos kosan maka pihaknya menduga ada kebocoran restribusi, nanti kita akan kordinasi dengan komisi I apakah izinya hunian plus hotel ataukah apartemen,”pungkasnya.(red)
