Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Praktisi Hukum Karawang, Asep Agustian SH, MH menduga kasus korupsi Uprating PDAM Tirta Tarum Karawang ada kaitannya dengan hilangnya duit Rp 3,9 miliar yang seharusnya dibayarkan untuk pembelian air baku ke PJT (Perum Jasa Tirta) II.
Oleh karenanya, ia meminta agar para tersangka korupsi uprating PDAM Tirta Tarum Karawang itu angkat bicara di persidangan. Sehingga, lanjut dia, semua nama yang kabarnya diduga menerima aliran ‘duit haram’ itu bisa diproses jeratan hukum.
“Harus dibongkar sepenuhnya yang konon katanya ada kabar dihapus di BAP, terus uang mengalir kemana-mana. Bongkar, bukakan semuanya. Siapapun itu pejabatnya, siapapun itu nama petingginya. Tiga tersangka jangan mau hanya dipenjara sendirian. Karena saya yakin masih ada tersangka lain,” kata Askun sapaam akrabnya, Rabu (19/2/2020).
“Makanya ke Pak Yogi (tersangka), saya minta bongkar semuanya. Siapapun itu petinggi yang namanya dihapus dalam BAP, bongkar semuanya. Mau petinggi satu, dua, tiga dan sebagainya, bukakan saja namanya, kenapa harus takut. Lagian Yogi juga gak bakal ada yang nolong kalau sudah jadi tersangka begini,” tambahnya.
Askun juga meminta agar Polres Karawang mempercepat penanganan kasus 3,9 miliar hilangnya duit PDAM Tirta Tarum. Sebab, lanjut dia, mantan Kasubag PDAM Tirta Tarum Karawang, Novi Farida sudah membeberkan 25 nama oknum penikmat aliran dana ke penyidik, Juni 2019 lalu.
“Nama-nama oknum sudah pernah disebutkan Novi ke penyidik, harus nunggu apalagi. Saya minta dipercepat penyidikannya. Beberkan ke publik kira-kira siapa saja nama itu,” pintanya.
Audit BPKP yang ditunggu-tunggu penyidik Polres Karawang sudah keluar, Askun pun berharap, tidak ada alasan lagi bagi penyidik untuk menunda-nuda penanganan kasus hilangnya duit 3,9 miliar PDAM.
“Audit BPKP sudah keluar. Penyelidikan ke tingkat penyidikan, segera sebutkan nama (tersangka),” ujarnya.
Askun sangat meyakini ada keterkaitan satu sama lain antara kasus korupsi uprating dengan kasus hilangnya suit 3,9 miliar PDAM Tirta Tarum Karawang.
“Semuanya ada keterkaitan dalam rentetan itu, jika ditelusuri kronologisnya dari awal. Saya minta semua yang ikut menikmati 3,9 miliar harus bertanggungjawab di mata hukum,” timpalnya.
Kejati Jawa Barat telah menetapkan tiga tersangka kasus korupsi uprating PDAM Tirta Tarum Karawang, yaitu Mantan Direktur Umum Yogi Patriana Alsyah, mantan Kasubag Perencanaan Teknik Jumali, serta Didi Pramadi sebagai rekanan dari PT Darma Premandala. (red)
