Sejumlah Ketua Tim Penggerak PKK Desa dan Kelurahan Se Kecamatan Purwakarta mendapatkan bantuan buku bacaan dari perpustakaan. Salah satunya adalah Ketua Tim Penggerak PKK Desa Citalang, Yanti Solihah Rosadi.
“Dengan adanya bantuan buku buku ini diharapkan bisa meningkat minat baca khusus bagi warga di Desa Citalang,”kata Yanti seusai serah terima jabatan (Setijab) Camat Purwakarta, dari pejabat lama Camat Purwakarta, Juddy Herdiana kepada pejabat baru Camat Dodi. Juddy dipindahkan menjadi Kepala Bagian Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan sedangkan pejabat baru, Dodi sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Camat Campaka, bertempat di Aula Kecamatan Purwakarta, Rabu ( 26/2).
Yanti menjelaskan, dijaman sekarang minat baca berkuarang karena banyaknya warga yang bermain internet, begitu juga dengan anak anak muda banyak yang bermain game online, sehingga hampir tak sempat membaca buku untuk menambah ilmu pengetahuannya. “Dengan adanya bantuan buku buku ini diharapkan, bisa meningkatkan minat baca warga Desa Citalang,”jelasnya.
Pada kesempatan yang sama, Mantan Camat Purwakarta Juddy Herdiana berpesan, agar warga Kecamatan Purwakarta tetap menjaga kebersamaan, terutama kaitan menjaga kebersihan, tetap dikemas dengan contoh kebersamaan, untuk mewujudkan Kabupaten Purwakarta yang bersih. (Dadi)
