Hasil dari aksi sosial yang dilakukan organisasi kepemudaan Kabupaten Bekasi itu dibelikan beragam kebutuhan untuk korban banjir. Seperti mie instan, makanan ringan, dan air mineral.
Kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk kepedulian terhadap masyarakat Kabupaten Bekasi yang menjadi korban banjir akibar curah hujan yang tinggi sehingga beberapa sungai meluap ke pemukiman padat penduduk.
“Kegiatan ini kami lakukan untuk membantu masyarakat yang terdampak banjir, yang membutuhkan bantuan,” kata Ketua XTC Kabupaten Bekasi, Tri Rully Lesmana, Kamis (27/2/2020).
Menurutnya, banjir yang dirasakan masyarakat Kabupaten Bekasi itu sangat menjadi perhatian. Sehingga, DPC XTC Kabupaten Bekasi berinisiatif turun ke jalan untuk melakukan penggalangan dana.
“Kami salah satu organisasi kepemudaan merasa berkewajiban membantu masyarakat Kabupaten Bekasi yang terkena banjir,” ujar Tri Rully. (vzay)
