Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Pemerintah Kabupaten Karawang di nilai melakukan maladminitrasi oleh Ombudsmen Jawa Barat soal kenaikan Upah Minimun Sektoral Kabupaten/Kota (UMSK) tahun 2019 yang tidak sesuai aturan.
Abdul Syukur ketua Apindo Kabupaten Karawang mengatakan bahwa Pemkab Karawang sudah melakukan maladmintrasi karena penetapan UMSK tidak sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
“Tanggal 20 Februari 2020 surat dari Ombudsmen sudah keluar dan isinya bahwa Pemkab Karawang telah melakukan maladminitrasi soal penetapan UMSK yang tidak sesuai aturan,”Kata Abdul Syukur, Kamis (27/2/2020) saat sambutan di acara Member Gatrhing DPK Apindo Karawang di Hotel Akshaya Karawang.
Sehingga lanjut Syukur, Ombudsmen Jabar meminta kepada Bupati Karawang untuk melakukan peneguran kepada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (Disnakertrans) Kabupaten Karawang, dan Gubernur melalui Dinas Tenagakerja Provinsi Jabar untuk menegur ke Bupati Karawang untuk menentukan kenaikan UMSK agar sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
“Ketentuannya untuk upah sektoral harus ada kesepakatan antara serikat pekerja sektoral dengan pengusaha sektoral, sementara perundingan sudah berjalan dan tidak ada kesepakatan tapi Pemkab Karawang tetap merekmomdasikan kenaikan upah tanpa ada kesepakatan sehingga itu di anggap oleh Ombudsmen tidak taat aturan,”jelas Syukur.
Sementara dampak dari kenaikan UMSK yang tidak sesuai kesepakatan, sekitar 40 perusahaan yang ada di Kabupaten Karawang pergi.
“Sekitar 30 ribu Karyawan kehilangan pekerjaan,”katanya
Sebelumnya Apindo Karawang beranggapan penetapan UMSK 2019 tidak sesuai kesepakatan dan aturan. Atas hal tersebut Apindo Karawang melaporkan Pemkab Karawang kepada Ombudsman Jawa Barat.(red)
