Purwakarta, Kabarsebelas.com – Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Kabupaten Purwakarta melakukan penyemprotan disinfektan pada kantor dan sejumlah unit kerja. Penyemprotan disinfektan tersebut menindaklanjuti intruksi Bupati Purwakarta yang berkaitan dengan upaya peningkatan kewaspadaan terhadap penyebaran wabah Covid-19.
“Kita lakukan penyemprotan disinfektan sesuai instruksi dari bupati. Pada Diskominfo terdapat sejumlah titik unit kerja, diantaranya; sekretariat, bidang aptika dan bidang IT, command centre Ogan Lopian dan UPTD LPPL Radio Pro 93,1 FM yang berlokasi di Jalan Taman Pahlawan,” kata Sekretaris Diskominfo Purwakarta, Ratna Mustika, SH, MM, Rabu (18/3/2020).
Menurutnya, selain dilaksanakan penyemprotan, pegawai yang masuk juga agar melengkapi diri dengan perlindungan tubuh seperti masker, sementara untuk hand sanitizer disiapkan oleh kantor.
“Hal ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya nyata dari seluruh Pegawai Diskominfo agar penyebaran virus covid 19 tidak terjadi, saya juga mengajak semua pegawai untuk bersama-sama saling menjaga kesehatan diri dan kebersihan di lingkungan kantor,” tuturnya.
Dia juga memastikan, meski dilakukan penyemprotan para pegawai yang piket tetap melaksanakan kegiatan sesuai tupoksi nya masing-masing.
“Mulai eselon 2 sampe eselon 4 kerja seperti biasanya. Sementara staf dibagi jadwal piket. Ini untuk menghindari kepadatan atau kerumunan pegawai di kantor Diskominfo. Termasuk di kantor instansi milik Pemda Purwakarta lainnya,” ujarnya.
Selain itu, Ratna juga mengatakan, dalam surat edaran nomor 440/961/BKPSDM itu, terdapat tiga poin yang harus dilaksanakan oleh seluruh perangkat kerja pemerintahan. Masing-masing, melaksanakan disinfeksi lingkungan datar, seperti lantai, dinding, meja dan kursi.
“Kemudian, disinfeksi benda yang paling sering bersentuhan langsung dengan tangan. Misalnya, gagang pintu dan ruang kamar mandi. Serta, disinfeksi ventilasi buatan, seperti Air Conditioner (AC) ruangan,” demikian Ratna. (dadi)
