Bekasi, Kabarsebelas.com – Laskar Merah Putih (LMP) Marcab Kabupaten Bekasi melaporkan dugaan tindak pidana korupsi pajak penerangan jalan (PPJ) kepada Kejaksaan Negri Kabupaten Bekasi.
LMP Kabupaten Bekasi juga meminta kepada penegak hukum dalam hal ini Kejaksaan Negri Kabupaten Bekasi agar segera melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya sesuai amanat Undang-Undang dan ketentuan peraturan yang berlaku.
“Laporan dugaan korupsi PPJ kepada Kejaksaan Negri Kab. Bekasi ini adalah bentuk sosial control sebagai aspirasi masyarakat. Kami mendorong dan mendesak penegak hukum untuk menyelesaikan persoalan korupsi yang terjadi di Kabupaten Bekasi,”tegas Eko Triyanto Ketua Ormas LMP Marcab Kabupaten Bekasi, Kamis 19/3/2020.
Pihaknya juga mendukung sepenuhnya agar Kejari Kabupaten Bekasi menjadikan temuan kejanggalan dan laporan tersebut menjadi prioritas penanganan permasalahan penegakan hukum di Kabupaten Bekasi.
“Kami meminta Kejari Kab. Bekasi untuk melaksanakan penyeledikan secara terperinci dan tuntas terhadap dugaan korupsi PPJ Pemerintahan Daerah Kabupaten Bekasi yang bersumber dari pajak penerangan jalan sejak tahun 2013-2018,”jelasnya
Bahkan LMP Marcab Bekasi juga merekomendasikan kepada Bada Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) untuk dilaksanakan audit ulang karena ini dimungkinkan oleh Undang-Undang khususnya oredikat Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) yang di raih oleh Pemkab Bekasi, dalam kaitannya terhadap dugaan tindak pidana korupsi penerimaan pajak daerah Pemkab Bekasi yang bersumber dari PPJ tahun anggaran 2013-2018.(red)
