Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Anggota DPRD Jawa Barat, Ihsanudin berkunjung ke Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan (DPK) Karawang, Rabu (15/4/2020). Tujuannya, untuk memperjuangkan hak tanah yang harus dimiliki para petani plasma tambak.
Sebab, kata dia, Keputusan Presiden (Kepres) nomor 18 tahun 1984 terdapat kesepakatan diawal bahwa masyarakat petani plasma akan bekerja dan belajar selama 3 tahun, dan akhirnya mendapat hak konversi lahan dengan cara kredit.
“Kenyataannya petani plasma TIR (Tambak Inti Rakyat) di Cipucuk, Desa Pusakajaya Utara, Kecamatan Cilebar, Karawang mengalami kejadian yang berbeda, dan tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan yang seharusnya diberlakukan,” kata Ihsanudin, Jumat (17/4/2020) via WhatsApp.
Sejak TIR operasional di Karawang pada 1986, dia menjelaskan, pihak perusahaan tidak transparan dan tidak proporsional saat mengambil keputusan. Sehingga, berdampak terhadap kehidupan petani plasma tambak yang semakin terpuruk.
“Diantaranya mengenai bonus produksi, tingkat penghasilan yang rendah, serta hak konversi lahan yang tidak jelas. Sehingga tekanan kebutuhan hidup semakin berat dengan meningkatnya harga kebutuhan pokok,” jelas Ihsanudin.
Dirinya yang merupakan anak petani plasma asal Karawang menegaskan, akan memperjuangkan tuntutan itu ke Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP).
“Ikhtiar kami sudah bulat, yaitu meminta kepada KKP untuk memenuhi tuntutan masyarakat plasma Karawang, diberikan hak atas tanah yang dijanjikan kepemilikannya,” tegas Ihsanudin. (vzay)
