Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Warga Karawang nampaknya harus lebih bisa bersabar menunggu pencairan Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) Dana Desa (DD) Tahap I Tahun 2020 yang sudah cair sekira 80 persen.
Sebab, Asosiasi Perangkat Desa Seluruh Indonesia (APDESI) Karawang meminta agar Pemkab Karawang mengeluarkan Peraturan Bupati (Perbup) sebagai payung hukum penyaluran BLT DD itu.
Meski sudah ada Permendes PDTT nomor 6 tahun 2014 dan Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) antara Menteri Dalam Negeri dan Menteri Keuangan, APDESI Karawang menginginkan dibuatnya Perbup BLT dari Dana Desa tersebut.
“Masih ada beberapa kendala yang dihadapi Pemerintah Desa (Pemdes) untuk bisa menyalurkan BLT Desa, salah satunya dengan belum adanya Perbup Karawang terkait BLT dan sebagai payung hukum dalam pelaksanaan penyaluran BLT ini,” kata Alek, Sabtu (18/4/2020) di Karawang.
Selain belum adanya Perbup Karawang, dia menjelaskan, spesifikasi kondisi calon Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) dinilainya terlalu berlebihan dan tidak sesuai dengan keadaan di lapangan.
“Jadi jelas BLT Desa ini tidak bisa disalurkan sekarang atau pada anggaran Dana Desa tahap I ini, selain Perbup nya belum ada, terkait calon KPM pun sudah tak bisa dibatasi atau dengan kata lain dengan kondisi saat ini banyak rumah tangga atau orang kehilangan pekerjaan, penghasilannya akibat wabah Covid-19. Dan ada sebagian desa juga telah membelanjakan anggaran tersebut sesuai dengan perencanaan,” jelas Alek.
Terpisah, Wakil Bupati Karawang, Ahmad Zamakhsyari mengaku bahwa Perbup tentang BLT DD belum selesai disusun.
“Masih disusun Perbup-nya,” singkat Kang Jimmy sapaan akrabnya. (red)
