Kabarsebelas.com – Penyanyi campursari Didi Kempot di kabarkan meninggal dunia. Penyanyi yang bernama asli Dionisius Prasetyo itu meninggal di RS Kasih Ibu, Solo.
Atas meninggalnya penyanyi legendaris tersebut, PDI Perjuangan ikut berduka dan mengucapkan bela sungkawa yang mendalam atas berpulangnya seniman rakyat Didi Kempot.
“Begitu mendapat kabar yang sangat mengejutkan tersebut, saya langsung melaporkan kepada Ibu Megawati Soekarnoputri. Beliau menyampaikan duka cita yang mendalam dan mendoakan almarhum semoga husnul khatimah,”ujar Hasto Kristiyanto Sekjen DPP PDI Perjuangan, Selasa (5/5/2020)
Lanjut Hasto, ibu Megawati merupakan salah satu sosok yang mengagumi seluruh daya kreasi campur sari Almarhum.
“Yang mengherankan saya, pada tanggal 21 April 2020 yang lalu, Ibu Mega meminta kepada saya untuk mengumpullan lagu-lagu Didi Kempot, dan secara khusus lagu-lagu yang dinyanyikan almarhum pada saat pembukaan Rakernas I PDI Perjuangan, 10 Januari 2020 yang lalu. Bahkan Ibu Megawati dua hari terakhir meminta diputarkan lagu-lagu Didi Kempot, termasuk lagu yang Almarhum nyanyikan pada saat acara gotong royong kemanusiaan mengumpulkan dana sosial untuk membantu penanganan Covid-19 bekerja sama dengan salah satu stasiun TV Nasional,”jelas Hasto
Menurut Hasto, almarhum Didi Kempot memang dikenal dekat, tidak hanya dengan PDI Perjuangan, namun juga dengan basis wong cilik Partai Nasionalis-Soekarnois tersebut.
“Di mata loyalis Partai, Didi Kempot mampu mengangkat tema kerakyatan, problematika, mimpi dan sekaligus harapan rakyat dalam bahasa sehari-hari. Tak heran, puncak karyanya melalui lagu Ambyar, yang begitu artikulatif dan membumi, Didi Kempot sampai mendapat julukan the Godfather of the brokenheart. PDI Perjuangan bersama komunitas Sobat Ambyar ikut menjiwai makna patah hati mending dijogeti sebagaimana sering disampaikan oleh almarhum dalam berbagai kesempatan,”katanya
Kemudian, di mata PDI Perjuangan, Almarhum oleh masyarakat Suriname dikenal sebagai Bon Jovi From Java, mampu menggelorakan semangat Indonesia yang berkepribadian dalam kebudayaan.
“Almarhum sangat mencintai kebudayaan sendiri melalui kepeloporannya secara total dalam musik campur sari,”terangnya
Lagu lagu almarhum, itu menyatunya alam batin Didi Kempot dengan suasana kebatinan rakyat, maka ketika
Didi Kempot mendendangkan lagu ciptaannya, PDI Perjuangan pun merasakan dendang itu sebagai nyanyian rakyat itu sendiri.
