Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Kasus dugaan korupsi di perusahaan plat merah PDAM Tirta Tarum Kabupaten Karawang mulai panas lagi. Pasalnya nama Bupati Cellica Nurachadiana dan Anggota Dewan serta oknum penegak hukum di sebut menerima aliran dana uang dugaan korupsi pembelian air bahan baku PDAM kepada PJT II.
Asep Agustian Kuasa Hukum Novi salah satu tersangka kasus dugaan korupsi tersebut membeberkan siapa saja yang menerima uang dugaan kasus korupsi tersebut. Namun, di dalam BAP kepolisian itu hanya bagian kroco saja yang dilakukan BAP untuk pejabat birokrat, anggota DPRD, pejabat penegak hukum bahkan sampai Bupati tidak dilakukan BAP.
“Yang Mirisnya lagi yang kononnya BAP itu uang untuk ini untuk itu kenapa tidak ada, saya meyakini kepada klien saya bahwa uang tersebut itu di berikan kepada pejabat, birokrat dan penegak hukum, bahkan untuk Bupati dan Dewan. Saya meyakini karena klien saya bercerita dengan bukti yang ada,”tegas Asep Agustian saat melakukan konprensi pers di Kantornya di Galuh Mas Karawang, Rabu (6/5/2020)
Menurut Asep Agustian, Kliennya hanya bawahan dan mempunyai atasan. Dirinya meminta kepada Kasat Reskrim Polres Karawang untuk membongkar siapa saja yang menerima uang dugaan korupsi tersebut.
“Saya minta tambah kepala, karena klien saya hanya di perintahkan untuk si A, B, dan C, karena di atas klien saya itu masih ada Kabag,”katanya
Kemudian Asep Agustian meminta kepada pihak Polres Karawang untuk melakukan penangguhan terhadap kliennya atas nama Novi, di karenakan kliennya saat ini sedang dalam keadaan sakit.
“Wajar dalam keadaan pandemi Corona hari ini saya meminta penangguhan kepada polres Karawang untuk klien saya,”katanya
Namun, sangat disayangkan penangguhan yang diminta oleh kuasa hukum Novi tidak di terima oleh penyidik Polres Karawang. Kuasa Hukum Novi pun mempertanyakan sikap pihak penyidik Polres Karawang.
“Dalam acaranya ketika seorang tersangka itu sedang sakit itu bisa dilakukan Bantar, namun kata Bantar tidak pernah keluar dari pernyataan Kasat Reskrim,”pungkasnya.
Perlu diketahui tiga mantan pejabat PDAM Tirta Tarum sudah di tahan oleh penyidik Polres Karawang atas dugaan kasus Korupsi. Yogi Patrian Aliansjah S.T mantan Dirut PDAM, Tatang Asmar S.E, mantan Dirum PDAM, dan Novi Farida Amd, mantan Kasubagkas PDAM TirtaTarum Karawang. sejak tanggal 14 April 2020.(red)
