Bekasi, Kabarsebelas.com – Oknum ASN Kabupaten Bekasi resmi dilaporkan ke Polres Metro Bekasi lantaran telah merusak kantor PDI Perjuangan Kabupaten Bekasi.
Pengrusakan kantor PDI Perjuangan yang dilakukan oleh salah satu keluarga alm. H. Sarbini, yang diduga Aparaturnya Sipil Negara (ASN) berinisial IW, pada Kamis (7/5/2020), di Jalan Raya Kalimalang No 28, Kecamatan Cikarang Pusat, Kabupaten Bekasi.
Pelaporan ini dilakukan oleh Wakil Ketua Bidang Hukum DPC PDI Perjuangan Kabupaten Bekasi, Siswadi dan didampingi Badan Bantuan Hukum dan Advokasi (BBHA).
“Kami sudah laporkan kasus itu ke Polres Metro Bekasi,” kata Siswadi kepada wartawan, Kamis (7/5/2020)
Kemudian disampaikan Ketua DPC PDI Perjuangan Kabupaten Bekasi Soleman, bahwa pihak keluarga alm. H. Sarbini tidak mengetahui, jika status lahan yang ditempatkan sebagai Kantor PDI Perjuangan Kabupaten Bekasi adalah aset partai.
Pasalnya, disaat alm. H. Sarbini menjadi Ketua DPC PDI Perjuangan beberapa tahun lalu, membeli lahan tersebut menggunakan uang partai. Sehingga, didalam akta notaris, terjadi adanya hibah untuk PDI Perjuangan.
“Persoalan ini yang tidak diketahui oleh keluarga alm. H. Sarbini. Padahal, semua ini aset partai,” ujar Soleman.
Dikatakan Soleman, disaat DPC PDI Perjuangan melakukan pertemuan dengan keluarga alm. H. Sarbini untuk menjelaskan persoalan itu, yang dihadiri IW, Yudhi Darmansyah dan kuasa hukum, merasa tidak puas. Sehingga, terjadi adanya pengrusakan tersebut.
“Pengerusakan ini seperti disengaja. Dan sangat jelas ini di rusak. Makanya saya melaporkan ini kepada yang berwenang,” papar Soleman sambil memperlihatkan Surat tanda Laporan pengaduan Nomor :LP/416/265-SPKT/V/2020/Res Bks.
“Intinya ini merupakan milik Partai, baik gedung maupun lahannya. Kalau ada mengaku-ngaku lahan tersebut, adalah miliknya itu masih sepihak,” pungkasnya. (red)
