Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Anggota Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu) Kabupaten Karawang diminta untuk mengundurkan diri, setelah melakukan pelanggaran kode etik dan pedoman perilaku penyelenggaraan pemilu oleh Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu (DKPP) RI.
Berdasarkan putusan DKPP RI Nomor 27-PKE-DKPP/II/2020, seluruh komisioner dan kepala sekretariat Bawaslu Kabupaten Karawang di jatuhkan sanksi oleh DKPP RI, yaitu sanksi peringatan dan peringatan tegas.
Atas hal tersebut, Jajang Sulaeman Ketua Fraksi PKB DPRD Karawang mendesak agar lima anggota dan kepala sekretariat Bawaslu tersebut mengundurkan diri.
“Apabila anggota Bawaslu tersebut tidak mengundurkan diri, maka pelaksanaan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) Kabupaten Karawang pada Desember 2020 mendatang dikhawatirkan akan banyak kecurangan,”kata Jajang Sulaeman, di ruang kerjanya, Senin (11/5/2020).
Ia menilai pelanggaran yang dilakukan para anggota Bawaslu tersebut mencoreng nama baik lembaga Bawaslu, apalagi ini menjelang Pilkada.
Adapun putusan DKPP Nomor: 27-PKE-DKPP/II/2020 itu adalah :
Mengabulkan pengaduan Pengadu untuk sebagian Menjatuhkan sanksi Peringatan kepada Teradu I Kursin Kurniawan selaku Ketua merangkap Anggota Badan Pengawas Pemilu Kabupaten Karawang, Teradu II Roni Rubiat Machri, Teradu III Syarif Hidayat, dan Teradu V Suryana Hadi Wijaya masing-masing selaku Anggota Badan Pengawas Pemilu Kabupaten Karawang sejak putusan ini dibacakan
Menjatuhkan sanksi Peringatan Keras kepada Teradu IV Charles Silalahi selaku Anggota Badan Pengawas Pemilu Kabupaten Karawang sejak putusan ini dibacakan Menjatuhkan sanksi Peringatan kepada Teradu VI Chandra Rangga Wijaya selaku Koordinator Sekretariat Badan Pengawas Pemilu Kabupaten Karawang sejak putusan ini dibacakan Memerintahkan Badan Pengawas Pemilu Provinsi Jawa Barat untuk melaksanakan putusan ini sepanjang terhadap Teradu I s.d Teradu V paling lama 7 (tujuh) hari sejak dibacakan
Memerintahkan Kepala Sekretariat Badan Pengawas Pemilu Provinsi Jawa Barat untuk melaksanakan putusan ini sepanjang.
Para anggota Bawaslu tersebut dinyatakan terbukti bersalah melanggar kode etik saat perekrutan anggota Panitia Pengawas Pemilu Kecamatan (Panwascam) beberapa waktu lalu.(red)
