Usai memberikan santunan Gapensi Karawang melanjutkan giatnya silahturahmi dengan para pengurus dan anggota untuk merajut kembali organisasi asosiasi terbesar di Indonesia ini, karena selama dua periode di kepungurusan sebelumnya sempat terjadi kevakuman.
“Kita siap bangkit kembali dengan merajut tali silahturahmi mengembalikan marwah Gapensi, seperti yang kita ketahui Gapensi adalah embrio organisasi asosiasi yang pertama di indonesia sebelum asosiasi lainnya,”kata Anggota Dewan Pertimbangan Gapensi Karawang, Deden Permana.
Kegiatan tersebut digelar menurutnya berawal dari kegelisahan pengurus dan para anggota yang selama ini menginginkan jalannya roda organisasi.
“Dari kegelisahan teman-teman pengurus dan termasuk saya pribadi kita ketahui selama ini dua periode ada kevakuman tapi dengan dorongan semangat teman-teman akan menumbuhkan lagi marwah semangat gapensi. Paling tidak ini bagian agenda awal untuk konsolidasi kebersamaan ke depan,”katanya
Selama ini, kata Deden, Gapensi selalu menjadi mitra pemerintah namun hal itu belum dijalankan dengan maksimal. Hal itu dikarenakan organisasi yang saat ini tidak berjalan dengan semestinya.
“Selanjutnya akan selalu menjadi mitra dengan pemerintah, karena memang salah satu mitra kami selama ini menjadi mitra pemerintah namun selama ini tidak melakukan kemitraan itu. Anggota 120 orang ini seperti kehilangan indukannya, untuk itu akan segera di kembalikan dengan bermitra dengan pemerintah,”ujarnya.
Selain itu, Gapensi Karawang ke depannya tidak hanya bermitra dengan pemerintah namun juga akan menjajaki bermitra dengan sektor industri yang ada di Karawang.
“Selanjutnya akan mencoba masuk ke kawasan industri, tentunya dengan apa yang kita bisa, seperti kegiatan sipil dan lain sebagainya,”katanya.(red)
