Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Dugaan pengondisian bantuan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dari beberapa perusahaan yang masuk ke rekening salah satu Yayasan di Karawang untuk bantuan penanganan covid-19, praktisi hukum Asep Agustian meminta kepada aparat penegak hukum untuk memeriksa pimpinan yasanan tersebut.
Pasalnya kata Askun sapaan akrabnya, terkesan ada pengondisian oleh Bupati untuk meraup keuntungan dari pandemi covid-19.
“Ini tidak boleh di biarkan, aparat penegak hukum harus segera memanggil pimpinan yayasan tersebut untuk di periksa kelengkapan izin pengumpulan dana bantuan covid-19,”kata Askun, Jumat (15/5/2020)
Kemudian kata Askun, yayasan tersebut apakah sudah melakukan perjanjian dengan Pemerintah Kabupaten dalam bentuk Surat Keputusan (SK), karena yayasan itu sifatnya untuk kemanusiaan maka ketika mengumpulkan bantuan dari publik harus ada perjanjiannya.
“Kalau tidak memiliki izin, maka yayasan itu bodong tidak boleh melakukan pengepulan dana bantuan dari publik,” ujarnya.
Menurut Askun, pihak yayasan itu seperti membisiki Bupati bahwa pengepulan bantuan CSR itu dianggap suatu yang benar.
“Jangan membodohi masyarakat Karawang, dianggap tidak memahami aturan,”jelasnya
Dirinyapun bahkan bertanya sebenarnya pimpinan yayasan tukang ngepul dana bantuan CSR untuk penangan covid-19 itu sebenarnya orang mana?
“Kalau pimpinan yayasan itu memang orang asli Karawang seharusnya membangun Karawang, jangan malah bikin hancur karawang dengan melakukan bisikan bisikan sesat kepada Bupati,”tegasnya lagi.
Dirinya sekali lagi menegaskan kepada aparat penegak hukum, jika ternyata yayasan itu tidak ada izin untuk menghimpun dana bantuan Covid-19, maka aparat penegak hukum harus segera melakukan tindakan, bahkan dirinya meminta aparat penegak hukum untuk menahan pimpinan yayasan tersebut.
“Jika terbukti bersalah, walau di saat pandemi Corona aparat penegak hukum tidak ada alasan untuk tidak menahan pimpinan yayasan tersebut,”pungkasnya.(red)
