Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Pendamping Lokal Desa (PLD) Kemiri, Kecamatan Jayakerta, Karawang, Abdul Latif mengaku sudah mengingatkan jajaran Pemdes Kemiri dan masyarakat yang hadir pada Rabu (20/5/2020) ketika Musyawarah Desa Khusus (Musdesus), agar penyaluran dan besaran Bantuan Langsung Tunia (BLT) Dana Desa sesuai Peraturan Menteri Keuangan (PMK) nomor 50/PMK.07/2020 pasal 32A ayat (5).
“Saat Musdesus (Musyawarah Desa Khusus) saya sudah ingatkan agar penyaluran BLT DD di Desa Kemiri sesuai dengan regulasi Permenkeu 50/PMK.07/2020 pasal 32A ayat 5,” ujarnya kepada awak media di Karawang, Selasa (26/5/2020) siang.
Meski demikian, Pemdes Kemiri tetap melakukan pemotongan BLT DD yang seharusnya diterima oleh masyarakat sebesar Rp 600.000 namun yang diberikan hanya Rp 200.000, dengan maksud untuk pemerataan penerima.
Kades Kemiri, Salwani membenarkan kalau pihaknya hanya menyalurkan sebesar Rp 200.000 BLT DD kepada masyarakat di tengah pandemik Covid-19, padahal sesuai Peraturan Menteri Desa (Permendes) PDTT nomor 6 tahun 2020 setiap KK wajib menerima BLT DD itu sebesar Rp.600.000 dalam rangka penanganan wabah Covid-19.
“Benar kita memberikan BLT sebesar Rp 200.000 dengan pertimbangan Pemdes Kemiri telah melakukan Musyawarah Desa Khusus yang dihadiri BPD, LPM, tokoh masyarakat, Pendamping Desa, dari TNI juga ada dan pihak kecamatan,” bebernya, Senin (25/5/2020).
Salwani menjelaskan, kalau Pemdes Kemiri memberikan BLT DD dengan nominal Rp 600.000 hanya bisa menyentuh sekitar 332 KPM. Sebab, kata dia, ada 942 KPM yang belum mendapatkan bantuan apapun.
“Kita bagikan rata kepada 942 KPM dari 2000 lebih KK atau KPM yang ada di desa Kemiri di luar atau selain KPM yang telah menerima bantuan seperti PKH dan BPNT, kalau masih ada KPM yang tertinggal nanti silahkan datang. Sebelum dibagikan saya wawancara dulu, dan warga merasa senang dengan pembagian BLT tersebut secara merata,” kata Salwani lagi.
Sementara, Pekerja Sosial Masyarakat (PSM) Desa Kemiri, Bayu Purnama mengatakan di wilayah dinasnya diperkirakan sekitar 700 KPM yang belum sama sekali mendapatkan bantuan.
“Dengan rincian KPM Desa Kemiri yang akan dan telah menerima bantuan Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST) Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTSK) 30 KPM, BST Non DTSK 31 KPM, BST Pos 32 KPM, BST Bank 3 KPM, Ban-Gub 1082 KPM, JPS bantuan tunai Pemkab Karawang 341 KPM, PKH plus BPNT 947 KPM dan perluasan BPNT 223 KPM. Total 2.689 Kepala Keluarga atau KPM yang telah mendapat bantuan dan menyisakan tak kurang 700 KK atau KPM yang berhak menerima bantuan selain Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dan orang-orang yang mampu,” papar Bayu.
