Bekasi, Kabarsebelas.com – Panitia Pemilihan (Panlih) dan Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Bekasi di Panggil Penyidik Polda Metro Jaya untuk di mintai keterangan sebagai saksi dugaan pemalsuan dokumen pemilihan Wakil Bupati Kabupaten Bekasi sisa masa jabatan 2017-2022.
“Infonya baru pemanggilan saksi saksi baik dari pelapor maupun terlapor,”ujar Nauval Al Rasyid SH.,MH, kuasa hukum dari dr. Tuti Nurcholifah Yasin, Rabu (10/6/2020) saat di hubungi via telepon.
Menurut Nauval, pihaknya melaporkan tentang pemalsuan surat sesuai dengan Pasal 263 KUHP Pidana.
Surat yang digunakan sebagai keterangan bagi suatu perbuatan atau peristiwa yang dalam kontek ini adalah form ceklis dokumen persyaratan Calon Wakil Bupati (Cawabup) Kabupaten Bekasi sehingga unsur Pasal 263 KUHP terpenuhi, tahapan laporan di Polda Metro Jaya sudah memasuki pemeriksaan saksi pelapor.
“Pemeriksaan saksi saksi pelapor sudah dilakukan dua Minggu yang lalu, sekarang di lanjutkan pemeriksaan saksi saksi dari terlapor oleh Penyidik Polda Metro Jaya,”katanya
“Yang pasti laporan ini terus berlanjut,”timpalnya.
Sebelumnya Nauval Al Rasyid SH., MH, kuasa hukum dari dr.Tuti Nurcholifah Yasin melaporkan Panitia Pemilihan Wakil Bupati Kabupaten Bekasi atas dugaan perbuatan pidana pemalsuan surat sebagaimana unsur-unsur daripada pasal 263 ayat (1) KUHPidana yang telah dilakukan Panitia Pemilihan (Panlih) Wakil Bupati Bekasi Sisa Masa Jabatan 2017-2022 dengan Laporan Polisi Nomor : LP/1980/III/ /YAN.2.5/2020/SPKT PMJ, tanggal, 24 Maret 2020 di Polda Merto Jaya sebagai berikut.(red)
