Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Juru bicara tim gugus tugas percepatan penanganan Covid-19 Kabupaten Karawang, dr. Fitra Hergyana Sp.KK menginformasikan adanya kasus terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19 baru di Kabupaten Karawang, sebanyak 2 orang.
Fitra mengatakan, kasus baru ini diketahui setelah tim Gugus Tugas menggelar swab massal di beberapa titik. Ia mengatakan, dua orang yang terkonfirmasi positif itu merupakan peserta dari swab massal yang digelar di Pasar Rengasdengklok dan di Kecamatan Batujaya.
Ia mengatakan, kedua orang yang terkonfirmasi positif itu merupakan orang tanpa gejala (OTG) dan masih berusia masing-masing 23 tahun dan 27 tahun. Hasil swab baru saja keluar pada Minggu, 14 Juni 2020, pukul 07.00 WIB dari Rumah Sakit Khusus Paru (RSKP) Jatisari. “Kami segera lakukan tracing dan menjemput keduanya,” ujar dr. Fitra, Minggu (14/6/2020).
Fitra mengatakan, dua kasus baru setelah kurang lebih tiga minggu nihil kasus baru ini menunjukkan masih adanya orang yang positif Covid-19 yang belum terdeteksi, karena pergerakkan warga yang sangat tinggi di Kabupaten Karawang.
Oleh karena itu, Tim Gugus Tugas bekerja sama dengan Dinas Kesehatan berencana untuk menggalakan uji swab massal. “Besok (Senin, 15 Juni 2020) kami lakukan lagi di Puskesmas Telagasari,” ujarnya.(red)
