Karawang, Kabarsebelas.com – Yayasan Rumah Kita Sidoarjo menggandeng PT. H.M Sampoerna membantu Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) dan Ventilator ke Pemerintah Kabupaten Karawang, Selasa (23/6/2020) di Mako Kodim 0604 Karawang.
Pemberian APD dan Ventilator tersebut dalam rangka membantu pemutusan penyebaran Covid-19 di Karawang.
Ishak Danuningrat Head of Regional Relationship and Sustanibelity PT. H.M Sampoerna menyampaikan bahwa Pihak PT Sampoerna bersama Yayasan Rumah Kita turut membantu meringankan tugas para Dokter, Perawat yang berada di garda paling depan. Sebagai bentuk kepedulian, PT HM Sampoerna dan Yayasan Rumah Kita menyumbangkan APD dan dua Ventilator.
“Kami bantu untuk Pemkab Karawang, Ventilator 2 Unit, Full sett APD 50 pcs,
Baju Hazmat 500 pcs, Face shield 200 pcs
dan Masker kain 5000 pcs. Kontribusi ini merupakan bagian dari pengejawantahan filosofi tiga tangan Sampoerna, yang mana tangan satunya yaitu untuk memperhatikan masyarakat dan komunitas secara keseluruhan”, kata Ishak
Ishak juga berharap dengan adanya bantuan ini, bisa membantu meringankan tugas tenaga medis untuk memerangi Covid 19 ini
“Semoga bantuan yang tidak banyak ini di Kabupaten Karawang dapat membantu memerangi pandemi Covid 19 ini,”kata lagi.
Sementara itu Bupati Karawang, Cellica Nurachdiana yang juga hadir pada penyerahan APD PT HM Sampoerna dan Yayasan Rumah Kita turut mengapresiasi kepada Sampoerna yang telah banyak membantu masyarakat Karawang, baik di dunia pendidikan maupun di dunia kesehatan.
Lanjut Cellica, dua ventilator tersebut nantinya akan di berikan kepada RS Paru Jatisari Karawang.
